The only positive thing about the hotel is its location. Rooms are not cleaned and dirty marks everywhere. We had to change the room 3 times, one of which, as my son was electrocuted and we had the power cut. Managers basically don't care at all. They treat you based on your ethics background. No care at all whatsoever. Most of them, one lift Only was working, be ready to use the stairs You can cut your stay, but no refund at all for the remaining paid nights. Extremely dissatisfied.

Clean and affordable place. No gym but great location, with tasty restaurants nearby. Don’t expect luxury but a good place to stay for the price.

Overall the stay was good. However, the service fell below our expectations. The toilets had ran out of shower gel and despite requesting for a refill, there was no action at all even after checking out. The breakfast wasn’t that enjoyable as well, but for the price we paid, we wouldn’t have expected any better.

Strategically located near central Manchester city. Easy to walk around town. Hotel room is small, good to stay for one short trip. Breakfast was ok, but the hall was a little small.

The receptionist is very kindness, but we found many flies in room. The breakfast is good.

The hotel is quite nice for its price, with convenient location (only a few mins walk from the train station) and very spacious room. Housekeeping only cleaned the toilet and not the bed area during my 2-nights stay but at the same time I left my room pretty late so maybe that’s the reason. The staff were super nice and helpful.

3mins away from train station and is pretty close to the city centre. Enjoyed my stay there overall.

Absolutely lovely staff and the new Carribean lady at the counter is the loveliest most polite and welcoming staff, her demeanour rubs off on everyone . A true credit ! keep up the good work !
