1、航班落地後有專門的別克商務車來接，非常方便。
2、由於系統問題，我們訂的房間有點偏差，但酒店的服務人員非常專業，給出了相當妥當的解決方案，極其耐心！
3、服務態度非常熱情，見人就問好，有問必答，有求必應，尤其對小朋友，不但送水果牛奶，退房時還送了禮物，點贊。
4、房間新，設計非常好，細節可見圖片，衞生情況非常好，熱水大，床也很舒服，枕頭有兩種不同類型
5、二樓有專門的洗衣房，可以洗衣服烘乾衣服，熨燙衣服，更牛的是，有可以把自己的臟衣服放在籃筐裏，有專門的服務卡片讓客人寫下要求，服務人員會根據卡片要求幫你完成洗衣熨燙烘乾！
這是芒市非常非常好的酒店，下次來還住

酒店地理位置非常優越，交通方便。房間裝修温馨舒適，因為餐廳暫時沒裝修好，前台小哥哥特地把早餐送到房間，太讚了!而且，酒店還免費提供給我們手機防水袋，介紹周邊美食，讓我們的旅行更加豐富多彩。下次還要再來!

酒店非常好，乾淨衞生，有求必應的，還給做了升級，酒店很推薦，會給你推薦好吃好玩的地方，房間很智能，出行也很方便，洗衣服，晾衣服也方便，有提供洗衣房和烘乾服務，可惜的是，我們入住的時候在修整

非常感謝前台工作人員主動給升級了房型，酒店是新開的，有免費的停車場，房間內有智能家居，通過小度控制。
基礎設施：但是，酒店的設施尚不完善，我入住的當天餐廳尚未完成裝修，洗衣房在修繕無法使用，房間內的電話故障無法使用。
服務：凌晨三點被蚊子咬醒了，打電話給前台要蚊香液，工作人員問：先生，蚊子很多嗎？驚呆了我不知道如何回答。工作人員説前台沒有蚊香液，但是衹有他一個工作人員不方便離開，在我的要求下他回答去庫房找一下，然後再也沒有給我回復。凌晨四點我通過外賣平台自費買了一個蚊香液。早晨七點退房，結果電梯突然故障，衹能拎着行李步行下樓。
酒店還是推薦的，就是開業有些倉促，設施不完善，員工培訓需要加強。

入住時候比較晚了，但前台小哥依然熱情接待 每個房型都認真介紹，並升級了房型.
房間設施很新，住的比較舒適，酒店2月份裝修完畢，所以比較乾淨衞生. 美中不足 還是有一些些味道. 推薦選擇

設施:酒店很值得推薦的就是他們家的淋浴，床也很舒服枕頭也很軟，真的很喜歡想搬回家住哈哈哈哈哈哈

出門在外首選自家酒店，一如既往的熱情周到熱情貼心服務。床品美觀度欠缺，布草污漬，浴巾毛髮已隨手清理，新布草柔軟舒適。淋浴間沒有配防滑墊，可備幾個做加借物方便長者和小孩使用，淋浴間和衞生間門距離較近，鋪上地巾開關門不方便。淋浴開關鬆動掉落做房查房發現及時報報工程維修！馬克杯粗糙，杯身有缺陷。祝酒店生意興隆，蒸蒸日上加油！！！
