It was a good experience. My stay was pleasant. The room was alright! but i felt the room service should have been regular. The rest was great.

No parking space as mentioned, bedsheet and blankets were dirty not clean and bathroom was not hygienic

I have booked room first time through make my trip, but this was very disappointed by the hotel, as soon entered i informed receptionist that room smelling with dirty smell and bed bugs smell later one person came and applied phenyl spray, it becomes more worse, receptionist list bothered, so i have decided to checkout after 6 hours of checked in

Ok for a day trip and if you are looking for budget hotel. Location is good its near to udupi krishna temple as its just 400 meter walk away

We booked non ac through make my trip and reached to the stay an shown the confirmation of booking, but initially they requested to cancel the booking saying no rooms available and said they already given to some one non ac room even though our booking was confirmed, after long discussion happened then they have given a ac room without ac option which as alternate option was disappointed by the stay.

The hotel is located at a very prominent position within the city where the railway station, bus station and the shri krishna kshetra are nearby located. The hotel also have a spacious room and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The staff was very arrogant not listening to anything we ask the plate he told us to return back by washing it. Very rood behaviour with my family. We changed the room then the staff told me you have used basins then i will not change and he opens up the toilet by this foot and told us that you use compoard also very rood behaviour. When i complained at reception, they said live it sir when i load i want to talk to your owner then they said they can't as the manager was sleeping. Very bad behaviour very rood behaviour. I will tell no one to book this hotel. Ac was also not working. Worst experience very bad
