我是一個人去的因為有潛水行程，酒店很美，服務真的超好，記得我的名字，還記得我喜歡吃的早餐雞蛋的做法，每個人都很友好，我都沒有給小費，房間裏的毛巾也折成了可愛的小動物，我住了三晚都捨不得離開，我可能是當時入住的唯一亞洲面孔，每天的自助餐也很美味。

酒店餐廳服務非常好，人員很熱情，飯菜也是我在埃及的這些酒店中覺得最好吃。但前台服務感覺太死板，不夠靈活。當時我抵達酒店已經是下午五點，我定的房間是基礎房，因為是2大2小，所以説這個房型不能入住，要我取消訂單，重新下單家庭房。我問能否直接補差價，升級房型，告知不可以！衹好找攜程客服，取消訂單，重新下單，這樣一折騰，直到6:30我們才入住。要知道，當天我是逛完帝王谷和哈布城後，直接從盧克索包車過來的，已經在車上坐了5個小時了…重新定了家庭房，另外繳了一百多美金的税費，第二天又打電話叫我補交25美金。通過翻譯軟件交流，説這筆25美金是因為我的房費不是直接付款給他們的，所以他們從平台收取房費時，還會產生25美金手續費用，這樣需要我承擔..好吧，我又補交，不明白為什麼昨天不一次性收取？攜程服務是真的好，必須贊一個，我打電話過去迅速響應，幫我處理，還給我補了差價！

Good people, especially Ahmed from the beach. Best Cocktails 😀 and Service. Animation Team very good. Food very very very good. Nice snorchling in the sea!. Cleaning rooms is very good. The working people are extremely Professional. And again: Ahmed haddad is one of the best.

We (couple, 64 and 47 yo) came home today after 2 fantastic weeks in Iberotel Costa Mares. From the reception on May 9 until departure on May 23 literally everything in this hotel was perfect. ALL staff (bellboy, receptionist, waiters, gardeners, animation) were extremely friendly, but we’d like to give a special mention of our room cleaner Amir. He wasn’t just a great cleaner, but also someone who was helpful for you all day. We would call him a business card for the hotel. The food and total All-Inclusive experience was great too, great variety in food, always perfectly prepared. The animation was very good, but never too “pushy”too ask guests to participate in their many activities. The house reef is very nice, you could walk directly barefoot from the beach into the water (no water shoes needed). The variety in underwater life is limited in most of the reef, but there are many large turtles and on the left side and near the peer at the scuba center there still is some coral with lots of colorful fish. The scuba center is modern, well equiped and the instructors are very friendly and helpful.

With Egypt the experience can be very unpleasant mosty because of the service. That is NOT an issue in Costa Mares. We have been to few hotels in Egypt and with all my heart i can say that this one has THE BEST POSSIBLE PEOPLE WORKING THERE. All you crew is very guest-oriented which is absolutely fabulous. From the welcome team when they waited for us with dinner at 3 o clock at night to the rooms being cleaned meticulously cleaned to all of the staff that took GREAT care of us at the beach, by the pool, in all of the restaurants (thank you Ahmed Haddad) the great spa sevice (thank you Mohammed) and amazing massages (love you Mary and Lida) as well as the animation team. The hotel is really clean, food and drinks offer is wide (with a grilled meats fresh at dinner everyday which is great) and I am sure you can find something for yourself. Prepare yourself also for life altering beach party with a show of Arabian-modern dance, drinks, great DJ and variety of wild animals like cobras, monkeys, camels to pet/ride/Photo or just simply look - my favourite part but i want to underline that it would not be possible without the great people working there. WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK!!! :)

The best Hotel we ever been. Saw a lot of turtles daily and even the dugong! Hotel Staff are unbeatable friendly and kind. I never bookd a hotelb2x but this time we will sgjrly come back. Special thanks for A. Nasser at the reception! The cocktails are really good so as the food! Perfekt for familys and couples

Everything was perfect! The service is top notch, the food is tasty special in a la carte restaurants. The beach is great! also I love the pool area … the room is big and clean everyday! The beverages are everywhere anytime😍 All thanks for all the smiley staff!
