"The front desk staff were kind and polite. When I was washing my body in the large bath, a cockroach appeared and I had to fight it by myself. Since I drink coffee with breakfast 365 days a year, it was a shame that I couldn't drink it because the coffee machine was broken. Since they offer a buy-all-you-can-drink service, I will bring my elderly mother next time."

"The appearance from the front was a little old and dirty, so I was worried, but when I entered, the facilities were clean and I was satisfied. It was a nice place to have a public bath, an izakaya and a ramen shop nearby.
I wish the passage to the entrance of the guest was a little wider."

"It was written that check-in was from 18:00, so when I went, I was told that it was from 20:00, and I had to wait for 10 minutes.
When I entered the room, the previous user's questionnaire was left as it was.
There was a lot of hair left on the curling iron."

"I stayed in July. I was worried about it
and the cooler was dripping
and i took it with a towel.
The sound of the toilet and the sound of the water supply was loud.
The legs of the sofa bed in front of me were badly balanced.
But overall I'm satisfied thank you
I would like to use it again!"
