Very nice onsen resort, although it’s a bit expensive, the onsen inside the room is a bit small, I cannot adjust the temperature by myself, but everything was quite good

設備很好，服務一流，環境清幽，食物亦有驚喜，唯一缺點是要拉著行李上斜前往酒店。附近有很多商店或景點可以逛。

The hotel and rooms were very comfortable and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful so feel a little guilty giving it only four stars but I did because we have stayed in other hotels which were a little more personable whereas this was a little commercial so not perfect for the holiday traveller. Next door there is an excellent French /Japanese restaurant I would strongly recommend. Please do not be put of by my review. The hotel is well located and you will have a very comfortable stay.

比較的高級な温泉宿でお子様はダメですし各部屋露天も内湯も温泉でついていてゆっくり静かに過ごせます。食事はこのクラスでしたら、個室食事処もしくは半個室と思ったのですが、そこだけは違いました。テーブル間隔は広く料理も良かったのですが、場所の感じが全体のイメージとあっていなかった感じです。また大浴場の露天風呂は少し小さめでした。その２点が少し気になりましたが、全体として非常にいいお宿と思います。

5月5日から一泊の予定で家族3人で宿泊 砂漠が移動に際して車椅子の必要な身体障害者のためホテルで唯一のバリアフリールームを予約したが到着して部屋に入って見ると とてもバリアフリールームとは思えない上がり框の段差が入口に存在していてガックリとしたバリアフリールームとは言え部屋はスウィートルームで1番高価格な部屋なので バリアフリーにもう少し配慮しても良いような気がするが、抗議する気にもならず仕方なく宿泊した。

道後御湯さんのホテルは素晴らしいです。施設はシックでモダン、とても品が有りラグジュアリーを満喫できます。家具、アメニティーどれも素晴らしいです。お食事は非常に美味で、サービスも素晴らしいです。お出迎えもとても暖かく品よく接して下さります。それともスタッフの方々が非常に親切で居られる点は強調したいと思います。館内のお湯も素晴らしく、お値段はお高いですが、非の付け所がなく、その価値を感じれ、とても素晴らしい時間を満喫できます。カップルの皆さん、ご夫婦に心よりお薦めします！

まずは立地が最高、丘の上から見下ろして24時間お風呂に入れるのはすばらしいです。 寒くてテラスには出れなかったので、温かいときにまた来たいです。 道後温泉にもすぐ近く、丁寧にお店や近道を教えていただき、からくり時計の時間に間に合いました。 部屋にFireTVが設置されています。 ファミリー向け映画もたくさん見えてすばらしい。 最後にスタッフの皆さんの対応も素敵でした。近所のおすすめ、観光地、の説明、そして観光地の割引チケットなども手配いただき、ありがとうございます。 素晴らしい環境、美味しい食事、素敵なスタッフの皆様の対応ですのでそれなりの出費は仕方ないですね。
