The room type was left to you and the double of the annex (the view is not good). The room is small, but it is functional and amenities are substantial. The bathroom is small in the unit and is troubled by the place where private goods are placed. The location is great, you can see Matsuyama Jo castle only on foot, and the airport bus, route bus, tram station are also in front of you, and access to each place is excellent. There are many restaurants and convenience stores around, and large shopping streets and department stores are also very close. There is only an ANA group and the staff is very good.

We started our Japan experience with this hotel in Matsuyama. It was easy to find and the shuttle from the airport has a closeby stop. The area around the hotel has a lot of shops, bars and restaurants so even though we arrived late in the evening we could easily find something to eat etc. Our luggage got stuck en route but the hotel had everything we needed (toothbrush, razor, piyamas, ...) and the rooms were clean and had their own bathroom which we later learned as we travelled through the country was on the spatious side. In the morning we really got to appreciate the nice view and used the hotels strategic location to explore all tourist attractions on foot in a single day! Breakfast is mainly Japanese with some western options and had ample options and provided well to start the day. Staff is friendly and courteous.

The size of the room is really big. It’s really big in the hotel room in Japan. The hot springs on the 1st floor are very spacious and very comfortable, all with massage water flow. Great location. Easy walk to Matsuyma Castle. Right next door to Okaido shopping gallery with restaurants, convenience stores etc. Chose this hotel because of photos of the Skyspa - on top floor of hotel, indoor & outdoor. Especially great at night sitting in the outdoor spa looking at the city lights. Friendly staff, helpful. Beautiful, modern hotel. Easily accessible by tram from JR Matsuyama heading for Dogo Onsen. And as with many places in Japan where little Englsih is spoken - please be patient and polite

Used for relatives' legal affairs with 3 family members. I booked a Japanese-style room because the price was relatively cheap, but the size of the room and the content of the breakfast were good for the price. It was my first trip to Shikoku and I went to Matsuyama. But the accommodation is very comfortable, especially the service from the staff. It was very good. Perfect location, very nice room but the problem is the inconvenience of the car parking, as it was being park by machine parking stack style, if you have something to take on your car, you can’t immediately access it as you need the in charge to bring down your car, also they charge extra fee for the car park, 2000 JPY where as other hotel is only for free parking.
