The Country Boutique Hotel is now part of the Anew Resort,. New name Block L No personal is available in the former hotel, no meals, as confirmed in our confirmation, is available any more. Personal only to be found in the reception. Impression was that there is room for lots of improvement. As there is a lack of restaurants near by we ate at the Anew restaurant. A conversation was impossible due to busloads of noisy tourists, It took more than an hour and reminders before we got our beverages, the cooler we had to fetch ourselves. The food was served about 90' after ordering. Mostly it was already cold and undigestable. Calling the manager he apologized and offered warm food. The impression from the internet impression (still displayed) made us choose the Country Boutique Hotel, the experience made will make us take a large detour to awoid this place in future.

The hotel is on a big peace of property, surrounded with nature, very quiet and safe. Very beautiful, romantic, clean, perfect for staying. We were in Nelsprut and decided to take 20 min trip not to stay it the city and it was a best decision. The restaurant nearby was perfect also. Best place to stay!

Hotel is very nice and surrounded with a beautiful peace of property, we even get a little bit lost when walk from the restaurant. It’s like a mansion, very romantic and quiet. It was very enjoyable. Breakfast was tasty and restaurant near was outstanding.

Lovely place to relax, clean, the receptionists are so kind and professional. The breakfast is really good and they spoil the guests. We are very glad and pleased to be there. Next time we will take the kids with us because there is a space for them to play. Congratulations Country Boutique Hotel.

If you’re considering the Country Boutique Hotel in White River, let me save you the trouble: look elsewhere. From the moment we drove up, the facade had us believing we were in for a treat. How wrong we were. The first red flag? The check-in process. Our confidential information was handed to us along with that of other guests in a careless manner, completely disregarding guest privacy. Such unprofessionalism should have been our clue to leave right then. But we proceeded, and as we did, the list of disappoin**ents only grew longer. Architecturally, the hotel was a mess, resembling a series of poorly thought-out additions more than a cohesive structure. The staircase leading up to our so-called "luxury" room was not only an eyesore but a potential safety hazard - badly built and finished with uneven tiling that threatened a tripping hazard at every step. Entering our room, the idea of luxury vanished instantly. The walls were paper-thin, allowing us to hear every murmur and movement from our neighboring rooms. Between the uncomfortable beds, which had a hard seam running down the middle, to the dirty carpets that made us hesitate to even step on them, we quickly realized we'd made a grave error in choosing this hotel. The bathroom? It was an entirely different level of horror. It was filthy upon our arrival and remained so throughout. The poorly constructed shower resembled a bowl, making it difficult to stand without slipping, and the exposed plumbing had us listening to the intimate details of our neighboring guests' bathroom routines. To say we were dissatisfied is an understatement. We found ourselves so disappointed and uncomfortable that we checked out a day early, even after having paid for the full duration of our stay. If you value comfort, cleanliness, and professionalism, please save yourself the trouble and avoid the Country Boutique Hotel.

The best country hotel I have ever stayed in. Size of rooms is amazing. The service is absolutely fantastic. The ambiance is really great. It is definitely an ideal place in which to spoil ourselves... great for business too.

Thank you for the early check-in on Saturday for our friends wedding. Our host, Karin was very polite, friendly and helpful - so were the rest of the staff. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was superb. Thank you!

A lovely hotel. Lovely staff. The room was a nice big size. Unfortunately the 2 beds that were joined together were not very comfortable, especially my side of the bed's mattress was very uncomfortable especially the edge part and the middle part where the beds where joint. The breakfast was amazing.

Quiet, clean and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Convenient location near town. Dinner and breakfast were delicious and beautifully presented. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it.
