This hotel is so comfy and the service is very good. The location is very central. Clean and organized. The rooms are perfect and it has a good quality for its price. I would definitely stay again in a future trip.

I expected more from such a high reviewed hostel and from the way they made me sign a contract yet unfortunately they do not deserve such a high rating and should be inspected. I had an awful experience here from the lack of air circulation in the rooms with no windows and excess of people and beds to the unprofessional disrespectful rude and unkind staff as well as management. The breakfast is okay for a hostel and well the only decent human beings and overworked and underpaid staff were the maintance crew which deserve a raise and praise aside from that I do not wish to even comment the nastyness filth and disgusting environment and treatment from the staff. I checked myself out and just used the place as a storage. Worthless and needs to change the management and employees except for the maintenance crew who deserve a raise.

Still satisfied! The price is relatively high!

Hotel Nutibara is located in the centre of Mendoza at 2.2 km of the bus-station. The hotel offers 56 rooms over 2 floors, indoor parking, outdoor pool, restaurant & café, and a poorly equipped gym. The hotel is outdated but is still pleasant. Free Wi-Fi. Friendly and helpful staff. We had a room with view of the pool. Our room was adequately furnished and decorated, with a good double-bed & bedlinen, ceiling-ventilator, TV on the wall, mirror-cabinet, air-conditioning, wardrobe & safe. We had a small separate bathroom with toilet, washbasin, bidet and shower over the bath. All was clean. Windows can be opened and have shutters. There is substantial traffic noise. At the nearby corner is a bus stop and traffic lights. Busses stop and accelerate from early morning till late at night. The breakfast is modest: pastries, toast, butter & marmalade, croissants, fruit & orange juice, cups of cereals, milk, tea & coffee. Scrambled eggs and espressos are extra. We found hotel Nutibara comfortable and we had a OK stay.

It is a good choice. It’s modern, and has a good furniture and a good view from the room. It includes breakfast, it has good choices. And the bed and the pillows are very comfort. It is a high recommended hotel.

Everything in the corridor is basically clean. 🍃 Environment: Located in the city center, surrounded by various shopping malls, there are more people, and it is a bit noisy outside. On the wall of the corridor, they decorated some historical photos of Medellín, which were very special, and found a balcony on the top floor of the hotel with a view of the distant mountains. The Morgana Poblado Suites Hotel's receptionist, Anderson, gives the property a very negative first impression, it was rude and unwelcoming, he didn't greet us. When I approached the reception desk and was asked for our passports by a young lady. They both became immigration inspectors going through the passport. Apparently they were looking for my arrival stamp. I was asked to find it, they weren't going to allow me to stay. When I found the immigration stamp they were looking for, I was asked about employment and what my position was. Anderson was shouting out the questions in front of everyone. Feeling very uncomfortable I went towards and spoke at a normal volume. Also, instead of asking for a credit card he immediately charged the credit card for the number of days I'm staying. What's customary is to give the card number and pay at the end guest's stay. After that ordeal, our room was assigned and we went to Rm. 308. From the moment we entered the room the smell of urine was unbearable, disgusting. I called reception, Anderson, and explained. After 20 minutes waiting a hotel employee shows up and had the audacity to ask us if we had consumed anything from the Mini-Bar, we had not even closed the door because of the foul odor. The positive was that the second room given had the two single beds we had originally requested, the other had one King size bed. The other hotel staff were lovely, during breakfast service they treated guests extremely well. I hope no one goes through what we went through. I will never stay or recommend this property to anyone. Aparentemente estaban buscando mi sello de llegada. Me pidieron que lo encontrara, no me iban a dejar quedarme. Cuando encontré el sello de inmigración que buscaban, me preguntaron sobre mi empleo y cuál era mi titulo. Anderson estaba gritando las preguntas frente a todos. Sintiéndome muy incómodo me acerqué y hablé a un volumen normal. Además, en lugar de pedir una tarjeta de crédito, inmediatamente cargó la tarjeta de crédito por la cantidad de días que me quedé.
