Facilities: When I booked, I was drawn to the bathroom window's promise of a great view. However, upon arrival, I was utterly disappointed. The window opened directly onto a building less than 10 meters away. I then realized that the more expensive room types were on lower floors, and below the tenth floor, the view from the window was almost completely obstructed. The scenery shown in the promotional images was a total deception. Cleanliness: Overall, the hygiene was quite good. Environment: It's located at the end of Chinatown, and the tram stop is right downstairs, which is very convenient. Service: Pretty good. Finally, a heads-up to friends driving: absolutely do NOT fall for the parking garage entrance ads that claim parking after a certain time costs only around twenty-something dollars! It's a complete scam. We parked after 5 PM, and the next day, it showed a charge of $170! When we went to check, the outdoor ad had changed too. That's when I discovered that all the reviews for this parking garage on Google Maps were from people who had been scammed. It's truly disgusting. We contacted the hotel, and they managed to get it reduced to $60.

We recently were on the lookout for a quick weekend getaway. Found this hotel on *********** and had good reviews. We absolutely loved our stay here. The room was amazing and had all the amenities we wanted. It was tidy and comfortable. Staff were helpful too so was the restaurant which operates independently but also caters to the hotel guests. Location is another plus as the Eastland Shopping Center was minutes away. Will definitely recommended this place

The hotel and golf club are actually one entity, but operated separately. There are two golf courses here, and it costs AUD 150 on weekdays. You can rent a golf cart for AUD 50 to drive on the fairways. Kangaroos are everywhere around the hotel, often seen in groups. The room was very comfortable, and breakfast was decent, though not particularly lavish. It's best to make reservations for dinner at the restaurant. If you don't have a car here, you'll be pretty much stuck, as it's hard to get a taxi.
