"A lovely boutique hotel in a great location. Our room was large, spacious, and beautifully styled with modern décor. We especially appreciated the kitchenette (including a dishwasher) and the two balconies, which made the stay feel even more comfortable and airy.
In terms of cleanliness, I’d rate it around 4/5. While the room was generally clean, some items are starting to look dated — for example, rust on the stainless steel racks. There were also a few maintenance issues, such as a fridge that wasn’t working properly and a chunk of plaster missing from one corner. With a bit of TLC and some updates, this hotel could easily move from good to fantastic.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated.
The location is excellent 10-15mins to the centre — trams are just a 2-minute walk away, and there’s a supermarket directly opposite the tram stop where you can also purchase a Myki travel card, making it very convenient to get around.
Overall, a spacious and comfortable stay in a well-connected area, with just a few areas that could use some attention."

"The hotel overall is quite good, but the elevators get really busy when tour groups check in. There's a convenience store downstairs which is handy for buying water. The surrounding area is pretty average, so it's best to take a taxi to get around. In Australia, you have to ask for toothbrushes and slippers, which is a bit of a hassle. All in all, it's not bad, though the bed is definitely on the small side."

"The hotel is clean and very busy during the morning time. Dont say about the reception area because it just too crowded. The fact that they provide luggage storage before check in also very helpful for us. The only cons is the hotel is too busy and full with people, there were people open/close the door non stop for 10minutes with loud voices in front of our room around 5pm."
