"Clean , great location, Thai restaurant next door is amazing.
Had to close all windows in the night otherwise can be a bit noise from people open and close the side door.
Spoke to housekeeping directly to request room to be serviced while we are away during the day, back late afternoon, nothing was done. Front office staff were nice enough to tidy the room and refill the bathroom amenities."

"I contacted the hotel at noon on the day of check-in, and then the hotel sent me the password via text message at around 3pm. The room was very large, and you had to scan the password to enter the door and the room, and the passwords were different. It felt very safe. The front desk was very friendly. I didn't need anything to check out, and I just left. The hotel parking fee was 25 per night, but there was free parking on the street."

"Hotel, staff and location ideal for the train station and tram.
Only a trams ride away from the restaurants and beach.
However, the breakfast was very basic.
Lacking in variety, one fruit option and no sausages although they advertised them on their literature/ photos."

"I enjoyed the flawless performance from check in.
It took a very short time to get me through,we appreciate that especially having travelled for four hours to Newcastle!
The breakfast was superb and a great menu for everyone…
Our daughter loved the choice of cereals and fruits and keep it up!
See you again sometime this New Year 2025
I was just concerned about the parking fee ;
Upon checking was informed it cost me 16$ for a day,we stayed 4 days and last night I realized was charged 128 $ which means was charged double or to my understanding does a day means 12 hrs ?

"Arrived late by train, less than 5 minutes walk from the train station, upgraded to three bedrooms, the family sleeps well each, the front desk can store luggage, check-in and check-out are very convenient"

"Easy location to drive to, about a 15-20 min walk into ‘downtown’ and the beach area. All on easy paths to follow. Staff very very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Good for a stop off when driving the coast."

"Superior location. The hotel has good facilities. In front of the gate is the river. It's safe, too. I do a lot of running in the morning. Next to it is a new shopping mall. Later, I found that there are many noodles to eat. You can also see the scenery outside. Very good."
