Fairfield Inn & Suites Fort Lauderdale Pembroke Pines

Great spot. Staying here alot since I moved to Central Florida.

I love that it was closed to restaurants, shopping centers.

The shower head literally blew off the wall from the pressure and hit my wife in the head. Took a layer of skin off her forehead and a nice little bump. It was our anniversary and had plans to go to the block party. We ended up having a maintenance guy in our room when we were supposed to be alone. Then we had to move rooms when we were supposed to be at our reservation. Worst anniversary ever! They showed zero compassion. No offers of how can we make this better. The room we were moved to was rush cleaned the shower had “hairs” all in it and bathroom floor in general. The couch has never been moved and vacuumed. Once in my life I complained about noise at another hotel and was offered to have my night comped and I even said no, but was grateful for the courtesy. This place nothing. Barely even eye contact from the front desk while changing the room key. We live 30 minutes away, but chose this place because of the close proximity to our reservations to avoid drinking and driving, but what a nightmare. We should’ve just stayed home.

All the staff friendly and nice, I got an early check in and reception girls was very kind to help ..

Everyone is very helpful and friendly. First room they assigned us we couldn’t get in because the door was stuck but they got us a different room immediately

The reason why I gave it a four is because of the AC. I had it set to 65 and it was still hot at night.

The property was a convenient location to family. We had two pre-paid consecutive reservations. At check-in we were told no problem, we won’t have to change rooms. What we weren’t told was that we would have to come downstairs by 11a to check-out and check in again. After a really late night we got knock knock knock on the door with Do Not Disturb by housekeeping to see when we were checking out. And the phone was ringing. Front deck stated we needed to come downstairs. We asked if we could come by later as we were sleeping and not dressed. We were rudely told we had to “come now”. The bed was so uncomfortable my husband slept on the floor most nights. Breakfast was to be available till 10a but unless you were there by 9a nothing left. Had to wail 20 minutes for coffee. No table or chairs to sit in room. No hanging space in closet.

Close to everything, friendly staff, clean facilities. Breakfast experience is a little underwhelming relative to the high quality of the hotel
