When I checked out at the front desk of the hotel, I reported the situation to the front desk. As a result, the young male waiter at the front desk did not answer the phone. After saying it several times, I was very vaguely saying sorry! Because of this, my stay experience is very bad, and now it’s still somehow"

"We decided to do a quick staycation with our 3 year old twins and this place was perfect! Big pool, spacious rooms with balconies and great Starbucks coffee served downstairs in the hotel store in the morning along with croissants, cinnamon buns, oatmeal, etc. All for extra cost but great to have that available!"

"This was a very clean, neat and tidy hotel . It was in the prefect location for us as it was situated approx 10mins from first arena and less than five for the second complex. It is central in Georgetown and all kinds of shopping and restaurants around it ."
