"The location for me was perfect as I needed to be close to the hospital. It’s also close to bus stops into the centre and with a car you can reach destinations around the city fast.
The room is as shown in photos and is very well equipped for a hotel of this category. The wine glasses and tumblers chilling in the fridge were welcome! I found the room to be very clean and well kept. There was good storage, plenty of sockets including a couple of USB ports which is handy. The views of the marina were very nice and added character.
The people I met whilst staying were friendly and helpful.
Overall I enjoyed my stay and had two good nights rest. I’d certainly book there again."
"The staff was rather basic with directions to find my room it is a very big place and not very well signposted. The room had everything needed and was clean. The pool, jacuzzi , sauna & steam room are all included in your stay, just a bit of a walk to another building."

NNever SleepsWhat a decent hotel in MK. All the staffs are helpful and nice. Good location, 15mins walk from Hotel to the MK Central Station. The room is in good size. The room is clean. The bathroom is clean. The room is quiet. The breakfast is good and free, it is value added. There are some restaurants around the hotel and 3mins walk to Sainsbury's for food and drinks. Overall, this is a recommended hotel for businessman and couples, even sole traveller.
LLVBCBeautiful hotel in a great location next to the park, restaurants and bars. We arrived early and the staff said they had no rooms available to check into yet. We know this wasn't true, as there were rooms available to book the day before and on the day still available. Not sure why they can't accommodate a slightly earlier check in to help guests. It's a very big hotel so we know the hotel wasn't fully booked mid week. They also asked for a £50 deposit which we have never been asked for before when checking into a hotel. We then realised the next they gave us a Signature room when we had paid for a Signature Plus room. We had paid extra for a higher floor room with the extras which we didn't get. The room was beautiful and comfy nether the less and the hotel staff were apologetic in letting us know it was the fault of Trip sending them the wrong information. After returning Trip did follow this up and credit us some trip coins to apologies. We had a drink in the sky bar, but for us it felt very open and cold. It had a bit of airport lounge feel to it more than a bar. The views were great and I'm sure dinner there would be lovely in the restaurant area. Apart from the few hiccups we did really like this hotel with the location, comfy rooms and great views! We will definitely stay again.
GGuest UserReally good location for shopping, theatre and cinema. parking was limited and expensive. Breakfast was really good. fresh fruit was very good, as was the cooked food elements.
@@1momoney3rd time here but was my least enjoyable one. Have stayed here before so I know it’s a good hotel and very clean BUT in this occasion the room was freezing cold and when I called the front dish no one was answering and after trying for 45 mins I had to go down and see why. They said they will put it in from downstairs and to wait 45 mins but it was still really cold. Took over 5 hours to eventually get the heating on and working. Horrible experience and very disappointed with this. Apart from that yes the hotel is good, reasonable and great location.
GGuest UserAbsolutely loved our stay at the Mecure Hotel Milton Keynes. The hotel was set in beautiful green surroundings close to a golf course.
The hotel itself had a spacious and welcoming foyer. We were greeted by a very friendly member of staff who swiftly checked us in and explained where our room was.
We had a very quiet room as requested.
The room itself overlooked the back car park but was surrounded by trees.
The size was very adequate and the bed super comfortable. Everything was clean and the pillows were comfortable too. Coffee tea facilities were good and refillable if required.
However there was no fridge in the room (my only negative)
The bathroom had a rainfall shower and was a good size with shampoo and body wash.
I wanted to give a big shout out to Natalie on reception for going above and beyond with a lovely smile too.
I think the only negative I had was with the breakfast manager who was not so friendly but it was very early lol.
Breakfast: Amazing coffee machine!!! Cooked breakfast and continental with good bread and lots fruit and yoghurts.
Check out was easy too.
All in all an excellent stay and we would definitely return.
Breakfast came with our package and was very nice.
Ddandan121Really nice budget hotel with a pool. Breakfast was really nice and there was plenty of choice. The rooms were clean and comfy. Good overnight stay and close to the shopping centre by cars.
GGuest UserNice to have a warm drink in reception after a long drive and the guy on reception was ever so polite, friendly and helpful coming to work the tv. I’d definitely stay again.
CChris HauptLovely view of the lake, much prefer not having a crappy breakfast included in the price, room was spotless, nice shower, decent desk/workspace.
Two minor negatives: the TV was teeny tiny and the placement of it really affected the work space when set up with a laptop, mouse etc. Secondly there was a pretty unpleasant smell at the top of the stairs like stale fish.
That's nitpicking though, it was an absolutely lovely stay and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
