チェックイン予定時間に合わせて源泉の調整をしておいてくださり、またぬるくなってしまってからは連絡すればすぐに来てくださり、心地よく入浴できて最高でした＾＾
夏は暑い時間はアブが結構いるので、露天風呂は涼しくなってから入る方がよいかもしれませんね
お庭にカエルがたくさんいて、子どもたちが大喜びでした
キッチンにはあらゆる調理道具と食器類が揃っているので、食材を買い込めばホームパーティーのように気軽に調理・食事ができます
イオンまで車で5分ほど、インターもそこにあるので、行き来も便利でした
行きは寺泊の市場と水族館に寄ってから、帰りはオーナーさんに相談し教えてもらった八海山雪室に寄りました
ぜひまたお世話になりたいです！

HHONGI didn't expect to be able to live in such a good Japanese-style hot spring hotel in a place like Rokkamachi, which is totally value for money. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from Rokkamachi Station. Every part of the hotel is extremely tidy, as is the public health area. I can’t find any flaws in a typical cleanliness like me. The hotel also has its own private soup, indoor and outdoor pools, although not big, but the atmosphere is excellent. As long as you make an appointment in advance, you can enjoy the private hot spring beautifully. The surroundings of the hotel are super quiet. Walking along the hillside behind the hotel, you can see many beautiful villas along the way. There should be many Japanese-style hot spring hotels. Finally, I have to say that the owner of the hotel is really great. Not only did he recommend us delicious Japanese restaurants nearby, he also provided free pick-up service and sent us to JR station early the next morning. It was really great. Intimate! Next time you have a chance to come to Rokkamachi again, you must stay here again!

SStabackThis place is just 5 minutes away from ishiuchi maruyama ski gondola. Great value place to stay which is easily bookable.
Owner provided transfer to and from echigo yuzawa station. Very friendly and even helped to carry the heavy luggage up the car and to our room. No lift access which is very common in smaller places like these.
Two private bathhouse available for sharing.
Rental price is great and he took great effort in ensuring fit. Also discounted gondola prices available.
Breakfast was delicious which was included too.
Overall owner and his wife are very warm to all the customers. Would stay here again!

MmaydaiOur room was on the second floor of the annex, and some of the rooms had stairs, so it was difficult to carry the pet cart.
Even with the door closed, bugs would get in somehow. The open-air bath smelled of gasoline, probably from the inn, and was uncomfortable at night.
As it was the season for new rice, we ordered extra breakfast, which was absolutely delicious. Many guests brought their pets, and the inn and its guests were all very pet-friendly.

GGuest UserThe room is really big and beautiful, with high-end design everywhere, just as attractive as what you see on the official website. When I checked in, the snow was two or three meters after the heavy snow, but unfortunately the garden was covered. The service is also great, and the attitude of each employee is very good. The lounge provides free plum wine at certain times, and the leisure space is also very comfortable. There is a free shuttle bus to Yuzawa Station (pick-up time is 3:15, drop-off time is 11 o'clock, and other times can be selected). It is best to make an appointment for the pick-up (I made an appointment on the same day, I don't know if I can wait directly at the pick-up station). Let's talk about something bad. The location is not good. If there is no pick-up station, the transportation is too inconvenient. It is far from the station (17 kilometers from Yuzawa Station), and it is too cold. The air-conditioning in the room barely reaches 18 or 19 degrees. The temperature of the entrance (the room is too big) is estimated to be about 14 or 15 degrees. The corridor of the guest room is even colder. It should be very comfortable in other seasons. The public hot spring area feels average, there is no special landscaping, it is not big and relatively cold. Breakfast and dinner are not bad. All in all, a beautiful hotel with great service!

GGuest UserCheck-in and out response was explained as light 々 without affection. I'm sorry, but I couldn't think of it from me who is in the service industry. The futon was thin with a futon １ sheets and everyone was in the morning, and it was the same impression as !! It was breakfast, but the impression that the meal charge was very caring. There were many kinds, but the amount was small, and neither the husband nor the high school student children were insufficient...
The bath was very good.

従業員の方皆さん親切で2人部屋の小さな部屋を予約しましたがのびのびと過ごせました。
朝食はビュッフェ形式で日替わりで白米と他にカレーや炒飯などもありました。
パンやグラノーラもあったので朝はあまり食べれない方でも利用しやすいと思います。
個人的にドリンクに牛乳があったのがとても嬉しかったです。

It was old but comfortable and the owner was also nice and good.
It may not be suitable for a trip seeking healing or hospitality, but it was beautiful and I was satisfied.
I think it's better to ski.
It was about 30 steps from the dry room to the lift platform.

❌We booked a four-person bed (extra money, two people staying), but we were only given a twin bed, and they didn't solve the problem for us during coordination. They forced us to contact trip's customer service, and they had to go through many difficulties/communications before they gave us what we should have expected. something for us. Because of this, our skiing time was delayed for 2 hours!
❌The door lock is broken and I have to change rooms again, which wastes time again.
❌The password for the key is useless and is the same for every room.
❌The picture shows a bed frame, but it is indeed a tatami
Apart from the issue with the person in charge, everything else is fine:
👍The hygiene is very good. Although it is a public bathroom and toilet, it is very clean.
👍There is a water dispenser and microwave
👍The lady who manages the hotel is very nice and will help us patiently
👍There is a drying room to store ski equipment
👍It only takes 2-3 minutes to walk to the ski resort
👍The room has a small balcony and the view is very nice
⚠️Room heating is available from 5pm to 10am
⚠️There are no nightgowns and towels, you need to bring your own
