GGaitherDService at the front desk was efficient. We are elderly and a young man who worked at hotel assisted us with our luggage upon arrival and refused a tip. What a shock.🫢 Both my husband I tried to give it to him. So great beginning! Give him a raise! The cleaning staff on the 4th floor was very helpful and courteous. The best part is the location. Everything you need is within a few miles if not across the street. This will be our return choice to stay.
I’m only sorry there were no warm cookies. They definitely should be given out on the weekend.

Before booking, it has been stated that it is irrevocable and cannot be changed. GGuest UserThere was no buffet breakfast and was explained clearly what to order what not to order, even through I had breakfast included in booking, when I ordered food waiter is like you need way big plate. That was rude comment and I end up not eating breakfast and left, money wasted. Never staying here again.

BbeardandacameraThis hotel is in an excellent location right next to the Rochester International Airport. It is easy to get to and from the airport in a matter of seconds. The front desk staff was very polite and accommodating. My flight left before breakfast was served so I cannot comment on that. The room was spacious and had all I needed.
