I spent NYE in Moscow. My stay in Sadovnichskaya hotel was amazing. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and attentive to all requests. Olga on duty at the reception desk on NYE was very nice. The rest of the staff at the reception desk and the restaurant were doing their best with a friendly smile. The food was super delicious. The location of the hotel is 10 minutes walk from the Red Square. I had a very good impression and I will definitely be back!

I come to this place for 8 years. I like the location very much. To the metro Paveletskaya walk 5 minutes (fast moving). To the Red Square - 20. Now, the problems: Air-conditioning - it is false advertising to say they do. It quite simply is useless and doesn't work. The temperature in the rooms we were in was 28 - 30 degrees Communal areas - hallways, atriums all very hot - no air-conditioning No fridges in rooms except small room temperature mini-bar fridges Restaurant near reception - very expensive but the service is terrible. No kettle in the rooms? Why? It is Russia? And finally on the last day my wife stepped on something protruding from the floor near the bed. I discovered it was a wood staple that had dislodged itself from the rug under the bed (why would you staple the rug to the foor?) and was pointing directly vertical. I emailed them twice after our stay, with photos, but received no acknowledgment or reply. So, poor..

First of all I will praise the beautiful location: from the metro ”Sports” almost in a hundred steps, just over the corner, and the street is quiet and quiet.
