Had a good stay except for the person at the desk gave another guest my room key card while I was in the room sleeping but otherwise I had a good stay

Was a good option without being the most pricy. good location, walking distance to the main shopping malls, some bars. Breakfast was good too. Basic hotel but have a bit like a house feeling.

I have been in Africa for almost a month and haven’t exercised much. I just found out that there is a gym in the hotel today, even though I had a sore back and worked hard for half an hour. I still feel the need to tell everyone. The climate in Kenya is really good, neither hot nor cold. After exercising, it is really enjoyable to sit on the sofa in the yard and drink a bottle of water. The African-style metal decoration on the wall is also very attractive. By the way, the general manager David is a local and greets me at breakfast basically every morning, which feels very good.

I have visited the hotel regularly and I can attest the services have continued to improve. The reception staff are very friendly and welcoming especially Maitai, Tom, Nina and Duty manager Betty. The food is very delicious and both international and locsl menu is available. Dennis and Shem are outstanding waiters and serve clients with a smile. Kudos to chef Peter for e ensuring my food was well prepared and served on time. The hotel is located in nearby malls Westgate and sarit centre and in a serene environment. The security is very tight. I also think the GM David Mwaniki most sincerely for being there for guests and especially taking care of special requests. I shall continue to patronize the hotel Zehneria.

Outstanding hotel, excellent access, ideal location, and a staff that makes you feel at home even when you're far from home This hotel has excellent convention spaces and amenities. We felt quite safe because safety is a factor. I truly want to thank David and the entire staff for their professional assistance. They are cherished members of the Heron Inn group, always happy and helpful, and occasionally going above and above. The team of workers has often been exceptional.I'll want the other guests to try Nick's beverages. This has been and may continue to be our first choice resort in Nairobi, and we will definitely return for the same.

The Zehneria hotel is the best for meetings and axxomondatiin. The meeting room is big and well ventilated with air conditioning. I was upgraded to a bigger room which was spacious and clean. The staff in the restaurant and reception are very helpful and friendly. The food is delicious and of many varieties. Thank you General Manager David for warm welcome and assiatnce during my stay.
