The staffs are very unhelpful. I stayed in the hotel for two nights. Before i arrived, I asked for baby bed rail to be installed in my bed, However On the day when I arrived I could not find any bed rail. Hence, I requested them to be installed immediately and they said they can only installed it on the next day. Therefore I waited for another day but still the bed rail didnt be installed on my bed.
Also, I asked for extra pillow and they promised to delivered to my room on the next day. However I could find any extra pillow on the 2nd day
Besides, the room was very smelly and unclean. I find a lot of dust below the bed
Suggest those who choose it should think twice before booking this hotel

Location is close to the monorail station. There is a shopping mall nearby. the room is spacious and clean. The breakfast is on the 18th floor so I can have breakfast with good scenery. There are many food variety at the breakfast.

Was there during the recent typhoon. Hotel staff was helpful to assist in rebooking my flight when it was cancelled.
Otherwise, it's very convenient walk to Naha main place for shopping n food. Also to the LRT to airport

The room is spacious, and 12-year-old children stay for free. The CP value is high. The breakfast meals are varied and delicious, and the drinks are also good. In addition to being far away from the tram station, the nearby shopping malls and DFS duty-free shops are within a few minutes' walk. Breakfast is served on the 18th floor with a wide view
