Friendly, safe, quiet, clean, well appointed, good facilities.
Only quibbles are they need thicker curtains or blinds in the main living area for the pull down sofa bed and separate switching for the main and side lights would have been good. Minor stuff though.

Horrible company! We booked and nobody was there at the reception when we arrived. We were totally stranded. We had to book another hotel. We called and emailed them for help, but there was nobody answered the phone or emailed us back. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Chambre pas très grande mais suffisante pour 2. Très propre. Seul bémol, la vmc qui faisait beaucoup de bruit et qu on ne pouvait pas arrêter. Nous avons trouvé une astuce pour atténuer le bruit ( merci les coussins). Très bon emplacement, près de bons resto et proche du centre à pied.

Bon séjour, accueil chaleureux, etablissement propre. Petit bémol : la lumière qui reste allumée toute la nuit et le couloir qui résonne un peu. Sinonla literie est bonne et le quartier est calme. L'hotel est bien situé, proche du tramway.
