"In the past, Trip.com booked hotels, always the default praise, never made comments. This time I really have to say two words. Originally, I booked a business room, but the front desk arranged a big bed room for me, the price is different. After entering, I found this problem and called the front desk to confirm, and then asked me to come down and change the room. The front desk didn't even have an apology. I drank myself that night. I remembered to pour a cup of boiling water in the early morning. It was a bit cold to wear a lingerie. I actually found that the air conditioner could not be turned on. I called the front desk and said that because the weather was now mild, the air conditioner in the whole hotel was turned off. Really speechless, stayed in so many times the hotel encountered such a hotel service for the first time."

"I saw a lot of recommended this hotel on Xiaohongshu, so I came to stay, it was great! Clean and hygienic, the facilities are very new, the whole house is smart, and the pillows are particularly comfortable. The front desk service was very good, with children, children's slippers, etc., and a small gift. The water sent is Bama Quanquan, Hi Tea, and a juice drink are all of quality.

"Traveling with elderly children, I received an upgrade call on the road, very pleasantly surprised! There are fruits every day, the hotel is full of design and very fashionable. The upgraded parent-child room also has a only terrace, but you can't open the window to sleep at night. The sound of the exhaust pipe outside is a bit loud. There is a smell of oily smoke in the morning and mosquitoes patronize at night. The hotel's breakfast is good. I tasted Nanyang's beef soup. I can come again next time.

"I brought the elderly and children to visit Nanyang. I checked out all Nanyang hotels on Ctrip and decided to book Rose Hotel. Personally, I prefer to stay in new hotels, so I will give priority to newly opened ones. Clean, spacious and quiet, the room is large and the price-performance ratio is very high. The toiletries provided are also useful. Remember that the brand is unheard of. I will definitely stay here again next time I go to Nanyang."

"Returning to Nanyang during the Spring Festival, I don't know which hotel to choose. I saw it on Trip.com for a long time and finally chose Meixi Meilun Hotel. I was really surprised. It was cold in Nanyang, but it was warmed by the hotel's service. The staff at the front desk were very enthusiastic, and the smiles on their faces made people feel very kind. The boats and cars along the way have eased a lot. When checking out, the front desk also patiently asked about the stay and what suggestions were made, and felt respected. "The first time I went on a business trip to Nanyang, the hometown of Zhang Zhongjing, I saw the Zhongjing Academy and placed an order without hesitation.
The environment around the hotel is quite good, close to the Temple of the Medical Saint.
The room is not very soundproof, but it is quiet overall.

GGuest UserThe location is a bit far from the train station if you are travelling, but apart for this everything was beautiful. They picked us up at the train station and sent us back the day after even if only the one way service was included. The breakfast is rich, and the hotel is very clean and comfortable. The rooms are also very clean and peaceful. The manager and the workers are very kind and generous. If I will come back to 南阳 I will come back here for sure!

2. Easy transportation access (take taxi, or take bus at the bus stop 100 yards away from hotel, to either Nanyang East Train Station or Nanyang Airport)
3. Enjoy herb teas, water and snacks in the lobby.
4. Good buffet breakfast where you can taste some local food.
5. Be prepared for room door knocking twice a day: one in afternoon for fruit plate delivery, the other in the evening for a cup of soup.
6. What most appreciated was that I received an additional service and special care: I checked out at a heavy rainy moment, no taxi and couldn’t walk to bus stop. To help me catch the train, Mr. WANG Lei, the manager on duty, immediately loaded my luggage in his car and drove me to the train station. My 4-day stay ended in this surprising VIP service

1.我們坐了一天的火車凌晨2點左右到的酒店，前台小姐姐在睡覺，應該是吵到她睡覺了看起來心情不好（我們聲音很小，就説了句你好辦入住）。問我手機號我已經很慢的告訴她了，並且是她先問我的手機號，那你是不是應該準備要輸進去的時候在問我，提前問我，我告訴你了你又嫌我説的快了，最生氣的是她不耐煩的用老家話説“白急”，我欠你了？給我甩臉色
2.隔音不好，後面在施工，入住時沒有提醒早上會施工會吵，凌晨2點入住，洗洗收拾收拾差不多3點多睡覺，早上7點左右就開始……一晚上沒睡好
3.退按金加了V 我就……無語，告訴我 按金退不了，就一句你的賬號有點異常就沒了？那你是不是可以再加一句轉你付款寶可以嗎？就這一句你讓不讓客人多想，或者是你打個電話説下呀，什麼都沒有，還兇的不得了
稍微有點裝修味道，其他都挺好，服務快跟上吧
建議退房和客人做個回訪，不至於客人帶着氣離開

HHello there!My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The brand-new building and rooms were very nice. However, the lack of nearby amenities was noticeable, although the proximity to the railway station was convenient for my travels.
When it comes to cleanliness, I usually give some leeway depending on the circumstances. Unfortunately, the cups and boiler in the room were very dirty, and the putrid smell emanating from the sink was concerning.
