"Hygiene: very clean, but not as good as most excellent hotels in Japan Environment: The flowers and plants are very good looking. In fact, when you live, you will see a lot of insects... Service: Good attitude, maybe not full score but worth 5 stars Facilities: Some sense of time, but the overall is very good, but the main thing is the country house hotel, so travel must arrange a small bread transfer one day in advance, but the taxi point can be reimbursed, this gave 5 stars in the service bar. "The correspondence was also very good. The room was very beautiful."

"The front desk staff is very friendly and the parking lot is also on the opposite side of 7-Eleven, so the location is very good.
The boat dock where you can see the whirlpool of Naruto Bridge takes about 12 to 15 minutes by car, and in my case, the whirlpool is scheduled to come out at 9:30 the next morning.
It was a situation where I had to stay as close as possible.
It doesn't matter if the whirlpool comes out in the afternoon, but if you come out early in the morning, this accommodation seems to be the best considering the time as much as possible."
Kokumin Shukusha Otaniso is located in Naruto and about 5 minutes by car from Naruto Station, near ryusenji Temple and Naruto German House. Yukata are available for guests to wear during their stay. Guests may borrow conveniences such as hair dryers and desk lamps at no additional charge (please inquire at the front desk for details). Facilities include a communal bath, a coin laundry and a BBQ area. The hotel possesses 13 guest rooms.
"Hotel location is easy to find, there is a restaurant nearby, the room is spacious and comfortable enough, so the character is higher. I like that the hotel has a free massage chair, and you can press it for a while while waiting for drying clothes. There is also a seating area in the lobby, there are many comics, it is worth mentioning that they have many ”World Heritage” books, friends who like to take time to enjoy!"
"Close to Tokushima Airport and convenient transportation. The hotel provides artificial hot springs to relieve the fatigue of the day, which is great! There is also a free welcome drink in the lobby, and the coffee is delicious. The room is a bit larger than ordinary Japanese hotels and is quite comfortable to stay in."
"The hotel was in a good location as we were visiting family who live nearby. Nice outlook over the water. The room was perfectly adequate for the time we were there but I suggest that the bedding could be updated with a more modern duvet. Toothbrush and paste and comb were provided along with body soap, shampoo and conditioner. Coffee and tea were available at any time.
Japanese breakfast was provided but it was identical for the three days we were there - some variety would have been appreciated. A basic English breakfast of toast, jam and fruit could have been offered catering more to the taste of foreign tourists.
The reception team were very helpful with translations on their phone. The flight of stairs with a suitcase was somewhat daunting!"
