Amazing
Ggibo_27Location is good as it is in the city proper - situated beside the famous capitol lagoon and just few walks away from Ayala mall.
The room is just the right size - not too spacious though but has the basics- study table, kettle, fridge, hot shower is also availbale but not hot enough. Staffs are good and very courteous and attentive.
Breakfast buffet is available and has a wide variety of food - also changes menu for the next days which is good. Their hot chocolate is creamy and not too sweet which is also good.
They have a pool available in the 2nd floor, also a gym and spa area. Also, one of the higlights will be the rooftop bar where you can chill with their classic and signature cocktails and other alcoholic beverages. It also has a good view of the capitol lagoon especially at night.
Overall a good experience, we were just not approved for a 3-hour late check out even if we are willing to pay. Have not seen much people checking-in that day as it is a Monday so not sure if they are fully fully booked for that day.
RRichard CReally nice, quiet hotel. The staff is very pleasant and accommodating. The design, layout, fixtures and furnishings are exquisite and professionally installed , a rarity for the culture. The building's center atrium with a fish pond at the bottom is a fantastic concept, but poorly ventilated making the 4 floors of viewing windows dirty and disappointing. As an architect, my advice is to remove the fishpond, substitute white rocks for easy viewing and keep it dry. It would be an ideal place for all those birds so beautifully portrayed throughout the hotel. We loved the breakfast!
MmcspikyI recently stayed at Park Inn by Radisson Bacolod, and overall, it was an OK experience. The breakfast buffet was great—surprisingly good for an ”inn” since it felt more like a hotel. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to SM Bacolod, which made everything accessible.
A couple of minor inconveniences: you have to refill your own water bottle, which isn’t a huge deal but still worth noting. Also, when we first went for breakfast, they mistakenly insisted that I had only paid for two people, which was a bit frustrating. And finally, the bathroom door wouldn’t lock, which could be a disaster depending on your situation—definitely not ideal!
Despite these small hiccups, it was a decent stay. Would I come back? Maybe. If they fix the bathroom door, then sure!
GGuest UserThe location is good for a good time like company outing, over weekend beach fun. It’s about 6 kilometers from the city proper. Not good idea if you don’t have service as it’s far from the main road. The road is not quite easy it’s a rough not cemented, but the place is worth to spend the weekend, the room is spacious, ac is working fine, no internet while I was there, had a tv with movies available, there is a water heater for a shower, unfortunately it’s not working when I was check in, no sink in the bathroom, bring your toiletries as it’s not provided. The staff and the owner is very accommodating so it was worth to stay. But I cannot recommend for a tourist or just town visiting a little harder to move around, oh by the way if your allergic to dog be careful they 2 big one, but really polite and friendly not a problem at all.
AAnonymous UserLocation is close to port and near SM bacolod. Breakfast is okay. The wave pool works but is not turmed on often. We o ly experienced the waves once for 5 mins. The pool needs to be cleaned. Parking is no problem. Overall a good place for a fair price..
AAnonymous UserStaff were a little hard to talk to but everything else was perfect and I can't wait to spend the night there with my partner again. The buffet breakfast was great as well, lots of choices. The hotel room was my favorite, felt like paradise with how comfy and relaxing it was.
KKeith VincentAvenue Suites in Bacolod offers a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The staff is welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with any needs. Breakfast was satisfying, with a good variety of options to start the day right. The hotel also features a pool, which adds to the overall experience, perfect for unwinding after a long day. With great service, cleanliness, and excellent amenities, Avenue Suites is a fantastic choice for travelers looking for quality accommodation in Bacolod.
PPolar_Bear_1990It was all good during check in and the overnight stay. Unfortunately, early morning renovation is going on and you can hear the worker banging the wall or whatever it is with hummer and the whole corridor smells paint...
Over all it was a good hotel.
TTaehyungshieThe place was good. However, accomodation wise, it was stressful. The owner of the unit did not provide us the room number so the front desk personnel had to scour all sources to find the right unit. It was not organized properly and owner did not communicate prior to our arrival. We had to get the keys from a locked mailbox. So imagine the hassle and difficulty of reaching out those keys and keycard which were not inside the pouch. It was stressful.
The first thing that greeted us upon entering the unit is a broken mirror on the table, incorrect wifi password and complicated door locks.
We had to ask the receptionists downstairs for the owner's contact number so that we can have a wifi access.
Lastly, we hate it that the pool is only open from 6am-9pm. I mean, can't you make it accessible until 11pm at least for some guests prefer to swim late in the night.
Overall, it was an okay experience. Will come back but will not rent tge same unit because the owner is irresponsible and inconsiderate. We wanted to de stress but checking in was not smooth sailing given the fact that it was expensive but paid beforehand.
P.S. Please tell the owner to be give extra care to the guests and not be a burden.
