"The front desk staff was very polite and the service was good. The room has an independent air conditioner and you can set the temperature freely. There is also a heater in the bathroom. The equipment is not bad, but the room has a strong smell of shop smell that cannot be dissipated until check-out. The door of the room The automatic door closing force of the bow machine is too strong. You can feel the sound and vibration of other rooms on the same floor closing one after another in the room. The location is just between Fuzhong Station and Banqiao Station. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to get there. Transportation convenient."

"Room had smoking smell and 9th floor had a great view of the lake but the room could be cleaner. Maybe fresh paint won’t hurt and clean the moldy area in bathroom, change light bulb would be nice, missing one in bathroom, elevator was out of service so had to carry luggage to first floor. Our 5th fl room two days ago was so much newer and cleaner. Not sure what happened. Shame!"

"Sleeping at night has always been strange sound, TV occasionally will make strange sound, toilet paper is a few pieces of the lost (no replacement feeling) sound insulation is not very good, double beds for two single bed frames with double mattresses.
Good health, no bathtub has an immune toilet, toothbrush is easy to use (the hair is very soft)."

"The room is small, with two small beds pushed into one large bed. It is just right for sleeping 2 adults and 1 child. The water pressure in the bathroom is very strong and it is very comfortable to wash. There are not many choices for breakfast, but it is delicious and filling. It's like this The price is great, I will stay here again if I have the chance."

"The hotel is in a good location. Downstairs is Dingxi MRT Station, which is convenient for transportation. A short walk away is Lehua Night Market, where you can go shopping and eat at night. The room is a little small but very clean. Unfortunately, breakfast is only a voucher for a nearby fast food restaurant. It is recommended to order without breakfast. You can eat Yonghe Soy Milk nearby for breakfast."

"Love the location and services but won't rate for d cleaniness booked 2 room for 5 nights 1 of the room had cockroaches even tho asked for daily cleaning up. Another room is with seeds over the floor almost everyday which really puzzled me why even tho I asked for daily cleaning.... doubt so will be returning to the same hotel again although the location is good surrounding with food and not far from night market. Service staff polite. But cleaniness already failed."

TTutuIt was my first time to spend the night in Jiufen. I was lucky enough to book this room at a very discounted price, which is suitable for a small family. For a couple of us, the room was very large and antique, which matched well with the atmosphere of Jiufen, although there were some things It's not available but it doesn't have any impact😅The service staff are also very kind. Breakfast is delivered to the room at the same time. It's really great. It's even more convenient to go out. You can reach the old street in less than 5 minutes. I decided to add it to my pocket list. Medium ❤️

First, a very big thank you to all the best manners and excellent staff..from day 1 Yvonne, Louise, then Ms Yang, Cindy til Mr Masaki the last day.. they all are very friendly, helpful and very professional in their work. As we have to leave very early to the airport..without further words, Ms Yang was so meticulous enough to suggest Breakfast Bento ( attached is the nutritious 爱心bento ，thank you the kitchen staff for the preparation🙏 😍) and Mr Masaki handles our last minute request promptly in a professional way..The staff of Just Sleep Sanchong seem to know 读心术 & wil fulfill all your needs🥺😍. Second, even though the hotel is few years old but the room and all amenities are still in a very good condition. the comfortable bed, clean floor, good shower 👍 Real appreciate Mr Daniel for making up the rooms everyday and was very impressed by the sparkling clean toilet. Third, distance is not a problem at all as the Mrt station is just a few steps away.. Last but not least, the breakfast environment is good and beautiful plus the efficient breakfast staff,🙏 Looking forward to the delicious breakfast first thing in the morning😋😋For sure, I will Definitely recommend without 2nd thought this beautiful and Marvellous Just Sleep Sanchong to all friends and definitely will stay at this Just Sleep Sanchong again if come back to Taipei🥰😘😍 Thank you very much again to all beautiful people of Just Sleep Sanchong. JJunecheyThe host is very nice!!! She help guiding us to aqesome spots and also help take care of our luggage. Anyway still suggest to carry light as uber cannot access almost narrow roads around Jiufen. The view from the room is perfect!! You can see both mountains and sea from upstairs room. The room is cozy with 2 queen beds/1 booking room. 1 booking room = half of the house ＞＞ 1 room downstairs and 1 upstairs but limited 2 person/ 1 booking room) so if you come are a group of 4 people you can book 2 rooms (whole house). The bnb is not fits with people with knee issue as you will have to walk down the stairs to reach bnb but it has access to old street not far but up. I still think its a great place to stay. Breackfast comes with package (sandwich, omelette, and veggies). You can discuss with host for check in and can leave bag after check out. Overall love the place its nice and clean and you can chill in the room until check out time 12.00

NnodarinWe contacted them on LINE and they came to pick us up at the bus stop. Even though we hadn't checked in yet, they let us into our room. Thanks to them, we were able to go to the cat village and the waterfall. They gave us clear instructions on where to eat dinner in Jiufen at night, where to take photos, and what to see at different times of the day. It was the best night view. We returned to our room and quietly had a drink while watching the night view from the balcony of our room. In the morning, we enjoyed a peaceful walk and had a delicious breakfast while looking at the view from outside. After checking out, they kept our luggage and we enjoyed tea at a ********* tea shop for two hours. After returning, they carried our luggage to the bus stop. My whole family was very satisfied! Thank you very much.

GGuest UserHad a wonderful stay at this hotel for 10days and 9nights. Thank you for the complimentary room upgrade – it was a lovely surprise. The room was spacious, beautifully maintained, and the bed was incredibly soft and large, making for a very comfortable night's sleep. Appreciated the complimentary bottled water as well.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist whenever needed. The front desk even had a luggage scale available, which was really convenient for travel preparations.
The hotel's location is excellent, it's surrounded by convenience stores like Family Mart and small shopping malls, with easy access to both the metro and bus stops, making it perfect for getting around the city.
Overall, it was a great experience and I’ll definitely be returning for another stay!

AAnonymous UserFirst time booking this hotel. Met with some issues during check in. The staff ask for extra cash to top up for one of our kid who’s 9 years old.
Told him that Trip.com indicated no extra payment needed. Ended up he made a mistake by assuming that we’d book for the 2 single bed room instead of triple bed.
Such a blunder he made. Other than that, the room and facilities were great. Hotel Cham Cham is really Cham (Hokkien) ah!

LLauren Y.Location of our villa is just at the beach. Openn the door and we are at the beach! Only has private hot spring tub in the villa. Comes with games room, arcade, public hot spring pool, table tennis etc. Only dissatisfaction is the smoke smell left in the room from previous occupants.
Wish they priorise Toiletries or at least hand soap.

AAnonymous UserAlways love staying in Banqiao area. The hotel is clean and spacious. There is an onsen on the top level of the hotel. The only thing was they did not had a weighing scale. I wanted to weigh my luggage and do a bit if repacking before going to the airport.
