2박 예약했는데 첫날이 몇십명이 동시에 오버부킹 돼서 두시간 대기 후 다른 호텔로 쫓겨남.. 선택권은 당연히 없었음.. 바로 옮겨주면 모르겠는대 몇시간 씩이나 기다리고ㅠ 근데 어이없ㄴ느건 옮긴 호텔이 더 좋았다.. 하루 묵고 다시 돌아오니 조리시설 있는거 말고는 쏘쏘였다ㅠ

Very convenient for Grand Central Terminal or walking to Penn Station or Times.Square. Room was great for single traveller or two. Not many facilities at the hotel but it's a clean and good value central NY hotel

Very friendly and helpful staff. Immaculate lobby, halls, room and bath. Across from a convenient deli/shop - location is just in from Lexington. Walkable to Sparks, Docks, and Sarges besides plenty of other eating and cocktail establishments. 24 hour parking available on 3rd. We are in that particular neighborhood at least twice annually, and this will now be our weekend home when there.

Loved staying at club quarters grand central! Easy and fast check in, friendly staff, room is clean and cozy, location is strategic, near the metro station the train station and lots of restaurants/bars to grub a quick bite. Will defo stay here again

It was exactly as needed for a short business trip to midtown. The internet wasn't great - I had to do a couple of Zoom meetings and the connection was unreliable - but that's really the only complaint.
