We were happy about everything during our stay at the hotel. Room was very clean, the staff including counter staff and cleaners were excellent, the location is perfect for travellers who are visiting the NYC, the view from the room was spectacular, and the breakfast was awesome! Highly recommend it!

Amazing views with an excellent location, just between Times Square and Central Park. We have some issues upon check-in but the associates were able to help as much as possible. Will definitely consider it next time.

This hotel has awesome city view I've ever seen.

Located on Broadway, it is a five to ten minute walk to Central Park, Broadway Theaters and Carnegie Hall, Sixth Avenue, and the Museum of Modern Art in New York. The room is quite clean, but when I entered the room, I found that the transparent curtains were half-fallen off. The bedside lamp was broken, and the shower was leaking. I don't know how to check and maintain it regularly.

I booked a regular king-size bed room with a city view, but there was a problem with the bathroom ceiling. I was later moved to a room with a Central Park view on a higher floor.
