First of all: **** at the front desk looked down on Chinese people, his eyes looked like someone owed him 800 yuan. I was so dissatisfied, and he was very slow. This is really a good job that relies on time! ! Secondly: **** saw that I was Chinese and arranged for me to stay on the 4th floor, 401, which is a low floor. This hotel has 17 floors at the highest, and gave me a low floor. And there is a garbage recycling station under this hotel, which caused me to be seriously disturbed by the garbage trucks coming in and out all night! And the noise was so loud that I couldn't fall asleep. I didn't sleep all night and fled the next day. Another reminder to everyone: this hotel has no slippers, no toothbrushes, no place to boil hot water, and those who like ice water ignore what I said. Really, you can think about it yourself. Don't stay here.

The large twin room I chose can accommodate a family of four, and it is convenient to eat nearby. The hotel has a cooperative parking lot, $30 per day

I get that the hotel was a hole in the wall, but the reception service didn’t had to feel like that too, the “balcony” was tiny with a view of brick walls. I’ve had better stays, but if anything it taught me that my money would be better invested at a more pricier place.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a night and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The first thing that struck me was the thin walls; I could hear every conversation and noise from neighboring rooms, which made it difficult to rest peacefully. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was subpar, with visible signs of dirt and neglect in various areas. The paint on the walls was old and peeling, giving the entire place a rundown appearance. One of the most disappointing aspects was that the hotel did not live up to the images portrayed online. The reality was far from the polished and inviting pictures displayed on the website. It felt misleading and left me with a sense of disappointment upon arrival. I would only recommend this hotel for a one-night stay if absolutely necessary. It's not a place I would choose to return to, given the issues with noise, cleanliness, and misleading representation.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. However in the evening there was loud noise from the room ajacent to the bedroom (their TV was very loud) and there were loude construction sounds (pounding and cutting) late in the evening so I couldn't sleep. Although I didn't complain or report it. But still I was very disappointed. The room was very clean and very comfortable and I was very happy with the staff.

A lot of the information about the hotel is outdated and the photos do not match the space where we stayed. There were two towers, we were in tower north, and all the beautiful spaces in the photos that look like lounges were nowhere to be seen. The heating system is also strange, one day our room felt like a sauna, the next it was cold. There was a thermostat in the heater, but it didn't seem to work. Still, it was super clean and the location is great! For the price in question (I had a promo), I might consider booking again.

bad and dirty entrance/lobby. They have to change my room because tv wasn't working. In the second room TV control remote never worked, had to turn on/off TV manually. The room smelled of cigarette very strong and all the time. No going back at all

For the price it was good. My toilet handle didn’t work. So I had to open the top of the toilet to flush. I had to check in across the street then walk over to another building for my room. Other than that it was fine. It’s in K town around amazing restaurants.

Front desk provided excellent service , very friendly. The room was clean, smelled nice . Our stay was great, I have no complaints. We had issues with our door near the end but we had told the front desk about it. They came and looked at it and said they would take care of it and not to worry. I would recommend this hotel!
