My friend said the location is remote, but it is quieter than Times Square and Central Park. If you want to be quiet, you can live here. There is a big supermarket opposite where you can eat and buy food. Ask the front desk for a hot water bottle
Facilities: Very satisfied. Second time staying here. Free hot water and coffee. Very friendly.
Hygiene: Very clean. The elevator is very fast. The weather is also very good.
Environment: Very good. Highly recommended.
Service: 100% praise. You can also check in early.
The hotel is in an excellent location, a block away Penn Station. All the services were good except the bellman service. There were quite a few just standing around the lobby, but offered little service. A few even had a terrible attitude. And when we were leaving with our suitcases and struggling to open the door, the guy was just standing there watching us, no interest in offering any assistance. The lobby was noisy and crowded most of the time. For the rate they are charging, I would expect better services. I think even a category 1 Hyatt would offer much better services.

The bed was very comfortable, the booking was a wonderful room, a big bed, and the front desk was kind enough to ask if you would have an extra bed. There is a supermarket next to it, you can buy something very late. I received 100 dollars of dollars and returned to it in three days.
This location worked well for my friend and I traveling to NYC for a show that was nearby. True to all NYC hotels, the room was teeny, but we loved the decor and the bunk bed set up. The shower was nice and there were lots of fun details. The amenities were seriously lacking though. We were charged an 80$ ”resort fee” during our stay. When we asked the front desk what that included we were told that it gave us gym access - whoopdidoo - and it was for the ”amenities in the room.” There weren't any that went beyond a normal hotel stay so I found this really annoying. There were robes, a hair dryer, a steamer, a television, a space heater (more on that later), a small notepad, a pencil, a safe, and an unusable teeny fridge. There weren't even bottles of water or info on the wifi in there. When we entered the room it was sweltering. The thermastat was set to 86! and the space heater was on high. I'm glad I noticed the space heater because it was a true fire hazard. It was odd no one mentioned that to us as we were checking in and it definitely could have been on since the previous visitor.
I love the Arlo Nomad! The location is amazing! You can walk anywhere from there. There’s great food and restaurants around! The rooms even the standard one are beautiful! Although we booked a standard room we had an amazing view of the Empire State Building on the 27th floor! The staff is amazing! Very kind and very forthcoming! They really do their best for every guest to have a beautiful stay! The rooms are very clean and the bed is super comfortable! Very pleasant sleep! They even have a steamer which was very nice! We used it every day! The staff made early check in possible and really took care of everything immediately! I love this hotel!
We had a lovely stay. The room was excellent, very clean with a wonderful view. Comfortable bed and pillows. The hotel was very close to Empire State, lots of transportation ways including Penn Station. We loved it and definitely will be back again.
The hotel is in a great location, very convenient to the Empire State Building and Times Square. The front desk service is also good, everyone is told the precautions. Coins are also given, which can be exchanged for drinks!
The room is quite large in New York at the same price. Generally speaking, it is very clean, only some long-term water stains on the bathroom table. The breakfast is quite satisfactory. The location is close to Union Square, and the night is quieter than the Chelsea area where I lived before. There is Good Morning Paris Bakery and a light food shop on the street next to it. Overall, more than expected, recommended!
The hotel is very new and the price is very good near Fifth Avenue.
After all, there are so few new hotels in New York
The service is also very enthusiastic. The security guard at the door says hello every day😄
The room is not big. I can't help it. It's like this in New York.
Everything else is okay~ It's next to Korea Street. This street is much cooler than Korea Street.

AAnonymous UserThis should be an old hotel that has been completely renovated. The room is very beautiful and stylish, and every item is very exquisite. The bathroom is small and the shower water is small, which may be due to the renovation of the old building. But it is worth staying. The bar downstairs looks very good at night. The food ordering in the room tastes great! And fast! There is a small problem. When you deposit your credit card at the front desk, you must bring a chip.
GGuest UserSuper hotel, perfect location. sky bar and swimming pool are super relaxing.
Hairdresser, starbox and shops nearby.
Staff is super good, help you where necessary.
Large rooms had a wonderful time with the family. Metro also very close to this hotel. Highly recommended.
AAnfeiqiVery compact small hotel, the room is OK, relatively clean, the general Chinese travel more, the Empire State Building or Times Square in the surrounding area are relatively close, the location is good.
GGuest UserTwin room, okay. The rooms in New York are simple enough, with no computers or chairs. Sit on the floor. The cleaning staff are all Chinese, with good attitudes and serious work. The surrounding facilities are first-rate: banks, food, Mart, and mobile phone cards. Solved on foot. The surrounding area is full of various styles of food.
WWilfriedExcellent location near Penn Station. I have never gotten from JFK to the hotel so quickly. It is a 5 minute walk to Penn Station. The hotel room was in a quiet location, even though it was 30m from Broadway. I will stay at this hotel again next time.
