"Every staff member was very friendly. The vegan breakfast didn't have many options, but it was enough to fill me up 🩷. The fully automatic toilet was a nightmare. The sensor seemed broken, as the lid would close by itself while I was sitting on it! I was instantly embraced by the toilet lid from behind, not just once, but twice! I couldn't push the lid back, and there was no time to escape. It was absolutely disgusting 😭😭😭"

"I booked a one-night stay in Taichung last minute. The self-check-in was convenient, but it was nice to have staff available too. The lobby was bright and offered self-service drinks. I chose the 6-person female dorm; the beds were fine, though the AC was a bit loud. The bathroom facilities had good water pressure and were clean. Even though there were only three of us in the 6-bed room, one person initially hung wet clothes near their bed, which made the room smell quite strong. I reported it to the front desk, and they moved the clothes to the bathroom. However, she snored all night, which was pretty frustrating, so I didn't get much sleep. I guess multi-person rooms are really a hit or miss."

"This hotel is conveniently located near the station and, being quite new, it was clean and easy to use. The front desk staff were also very kind. Since it wasn't peak season, they even upgraded my room because of availability. The TV was large, and I could watch local channels; I believe Netflix was also available if you logged in. The toilet and shower were in the same room, but there was no partition between the shower area and the toilet. Shampoo, body soap, and a hairdryer were provided. I wasn't bothered by outside noise and had a comfortable stay."

"I booked this place last minute because it was cheap! It was pretty good and spacious, but the wet area of the bathroom was a bit small, although the hot water was super hot! "The WiFi was absolutely terrible, constantly losing connection. On top of that, the room smelled of smoke. When I reported it to the front desk staff at night, they told me they were quitting the next day and wouldn't handle it, suggesting I just file a complaint. To make things worse, the night before, at 4 AM, the fire alarm went off because someone was smoking, and everyone had to evacuate. I had already asked the hotel to address the issues, but nothing was done. I don't blame the hotel staff; they really tried their best. It's clear the hotel management has no idea what's going on."

"The room was very new and clean. I'm quite particular about my accommodation, and I really liked this one. The only minor issue was that the toilet drainage was a bit slow, so the shower water would overflow a little. Everything else was great! The lobby is beautiful, there's a gym, and the front desk even provides laundry pods! The staff at the front desk were also very polite, and there's an underground parking lot."
