"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Like stepping into a landscape painting – the best choice for my Yangshuo trip! I did a lot of research for this Yangshuo trip and finally chose Xishi Manor (Yulong River Ten-Mile Gallery Branch). Honestly, it exceeded my expectations. 📍 Location is truly unbeatable. The hotel is about 150 meters east of Jima Pier. It's a three to five-minute walk to the pier, so you can sleep in and then head straight down to catch a bamboo raft on the Yulong River (the best section from Jima to Comprehensive Pier). You can rent a scooter right outside, and it's a 10-15 minute ride to the Ten-Mile Gallery and West Street. Guilin Romance Park is also very close. It offers flexible travel without being noisy. 🏡 Karst peaks right outside your window. I booked a mountain-view terrace king room. The floor-to-ceiling windows framed the distant mountains, clouds, and rice paddies perfectly. Waking up to birdsong in the morning and watching the mist slowly clear while still in bed was an indescribable feeling. The room is newly renovated in a French minimalist style, featuring smart voice control for the entire room, a smart toilet, a heated towel rack, and a super-large projector. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly – the kind of comfort where you just fall asleep after a day of exploring. 💦 1000㎡ Infinity Pool + 3000㎡ Large Lawn = Never wanting to leave. The pool faces the green mountains directly, and the water quality is excellent. The light is softest around 3-4 PM, making any pose look like a high-end French holiday photo. The large lawn is wonderfully soft. In the evening, sitting there and waiting for an 'orange sea' sunset 🌅, as the sunset glow enveloped the lawn, pool, and distant mountains in warm light – at that moment, I thought, ”This is how you should chill in Yangshuo.” 👩💼 Service and extra experiences add a lot of value. • Free ethnic-style travel photography upon check-in (3 retouched photos). The photographer will take you to various spots by the pool, on the lawn, and in the courtyard, with a high success rate for great shots. • Free afternoon tea daily at 3:00 PM, featuring handmade persimmon cakes with osmanthus tea. Sitting in the courtyard with the breeze is so therapeutic. • Breakfast from 8-10 AM, with freshly cooked Guilin rice noodles and both Chinese and Western options. • There's a children's play area downstairs, which is very convenient for families with kids. • Free parking with charging stations, and pet-friendly ♡ Small tip: During peak season, it's advisable to confirm the check-in cleaning progress with the butler in advance. The pool can get a bit crowded in the afternoon; if you want to take photos with reflections, go between 9-10 AM in the morning. Overall, Xishi Manor is not one of those 'looks good in photos but mediocre to stay in' influencer hotels. It's a resort hotel where the views, amenities, and service are all top-notch. If you want to slow down and not rush through attractions during your visit to Yangshuo – this is definitely the place for you. I'll be back next time! 🍊"

"Facilities: The facilities are complete, the rooms are new, there's a washing machine downstairs, and some amenities are disposable. The rooms have separate wet and dry areas. Cleanliness: The house is new, and the cleaning lady cleaned it very well. Environment: We booked a 180-degree double room with mountain views on both sides, which was very nice. Service: The landlady was very welcoming, prepared welcome fruit, and shared her travel tips and recommendations for tourist attractions based on our itinerary. The location is right next to the Maternal and Child Health Hospital, very convenient with public transportation and taxis. It's also close to West Street and the rafting area, accessible by electric cart. The hotel also offers car rental for 30 RMB per day. We checked in at noon and rented a car in the afternoon. The next day, when we went to eat nearby, the owner let us use it again. The owner was very easy to talk to and communicated promptly. A very good stay experience."

"The hotel is really easy to find, and the service is absolutely fantastic. Every staff member greets you no matter where you encounter them, which creates a very warm atmosphere. They meet all basic needs, and the front desk staff, especially Shuimo, is lovely and very professional. They even contacted me immediately to help mail forgotten items. There were several other front desk staff whose names I didn't catch, but they were all very professional. I'll definitely book this place again when I visit next time. Oh, and the mountains at night are truly a bit scary!"

"The location is fantastic, super convenient. Right downstairs, you can rent electric scooters, and next to the laundry room, there's a gym. The laundry room sometimes has a queue, but it's manageable. There's also a quiet swimming pool downstairs, and the whole place is very clean! We stayed for 2 nights and the breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. It's also very close to West Street, and there's a pier downstairs where you can catch a boat. If you need anything, the hotel butler responds quickly. There's a kids' play area on the first floor that my children loved every day!"

"I'm always satisfied with the new Orange Crystal hotels; the decor and layout are consistently great. This time, I had breakfast at the hotel, and it was pretty good, definitely better than most budget chain hotels. Next door are Wyndham and Hanting. The ground-level parking belongs to Wyndham, and the underground parking seems to be shared with Hanting. The underground parking is so new that it doesn't have an elevator, and I'm not sure if they'll install one later. Plus, all three hotels share the same entrance/exit for the parking lot, which leads to a mix of pedestrians and cars – you can imagine how chaotic it gets when it's busy. Pictures 1 and 2 show the view from the 7th-floor terrace. Our room type (Picture 3) had a full-length, floor-to-ceiling window with an unobstructed view. The only minor issue was some bugs on the exterior glass, which is to be expected in this weather. The air conditioning was super powerful and cooled the room very quickly, so we didn't even need to use it at night."

"Turns out, picking the right hotel is the most crucial step for a perfect trip! After extensive research and comparing many options, I finally chose BO·Hui Hotel, and my stay far exceeded expectations. The decor is simple and elegant, perfectly matching my aesthetic. Having only been open for a year, the facilities are brand new and complete. What truly surprised me after checking in was its fantastic location: the back door is just 50 meters from West Street, and turning left from the front door, you're 50 meters from the Xu Beihong Memorial Hall, right next to the county government building. It's a peaceful oasis in a bustling area. Sitting on the hotel terrace, I had a direct view of the Li River, with the picturesque landscape unfolding before me. In the morning, the mountains were shrouded in mist, like a fairyland – the atmosphere was absolutely incredible. The biggest bonus was the thoughtful service: after booking, a butler added me on WeChat and followed up throughout my stay, helping to book tickets for the 'Impression Sanjie Liu' show, arranging trips to Cloud Cafe and Xiangong Mountain, and related experiences like the 'A Thousand Miles of Rivers and Mountains' tour. The prices were reasonable and fair, the service meticulous and prompt, earning my full appreciation. Breakfast quality was excellent, and the first-floor cafe had great ambiance. I also received drink vouchers and three free photo shoot vouchers upon check-in, and the photos turned out wonderfully. I ended up buying all of them, and the pricing was very affordable. This trip was comfortable and fulfilling, largely due to the comprehensive and wonderful experience provided by the hotel. It's perfectly suited for both a relaxing getaway and an in-depth exploration. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Yangshuo!"

Firstly, the hotel staff, both the front desk ladies and gentlemen, were all very kind and enthusiastic. Secondly, the hotel's location is perfect; West Street is within walking distance, right across the street. Thirdly, the hotel offers incredible value for money. I happened to visit during Guilin's off-season, and I was very pleased with the room. Everything, from the room and breakfast to the service, exceeded my expectations. "Western tourist review: no problems with check in or anything. Staff were nice and friendly. Breakfast is standard Guilin rice noodles, which we like, and we really liked the stock and sides. They allowed us to store our luggage early and wrote us on WeChat once our room was available, which was very nice. The rooftop terrace is basic (it seems there might be a footbath there during... Other times of the year), but we quite enjoyed the chairs at the very top. Most noteworthy about the room we booked though is that there is only a nice view if you're lying in bed. From anywhere else in the room the view just gets... Bad (muddy parking lot, tourists, construction). To be fair, big open windows towards the road are common enough in new hotels in the region, but 1) this just was *so* different from the photos the hotel used to represent themselves that I perceived it as misleading (photos were taken from below the waist height) and 2) this just isn't the right location for such big windows. For the price I can't recommend this room. Ironically enough the room itself was really really good, everything within the room was sincerely fantastic, but I would recommend taking one of the more basic rooms in this hotel on the lower floors."

"Stepping in, you immediately feel the luxurious ambiance. The style is minimalist, which I absolutely love. All the amenities are of superb quality. You can even order complimentary services through the hotel's mini-program with the butler, like disposable underwear, baby slippers, combs, nail clippers, razors, facial cleanser, and more! They also offer an Artemisia foot bath bucket and a late-night congee – the experience is just fantastic! The bedding is so comfortable you won't want to get out of bed. The shower pressure is steady, and after a shower, you feel completely relaxed. There's also a laundry service; they wash, dry, and even fold your clothes, which is a lifesaver for lazy people like me! I woke up early for the exquisite breakfast, which had a rich variety of delicious options – truly excellent! In the lobby, there's free fruit tea and coffee, plus you can try your hand at bead stringing. If it's too hot outside, spending time here is a perfect way to pass the time."
