"Overall, I had a good stay at Guilin Yangshuo West Street City Center Atour Hotel. The hotel's location is very convenient, with West Street and the pedestrian area just a short walk away. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped for a pleasant stay. One of the highlights was the excellent service provided by the staff. The reception team was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The breakfast selection was very good, and the breakfast staff were attentive and welcoming. I was also impressed by the laundry facilities and service. Having my laundry washed and delivered back to my room the next morning was a thoughtful and convenient touch. The lobby is beautifully designed and gives the hotel a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere. However, there were a couple of issues during my stay. The air conditioning in the room was difficult to regulate, often making the room either too cold or too warm. Although I informed the hotel staff about the problem, the issue was unfortunately not resolved during my stay. In addition, there was occasionally a noticeable cigarette smell in the hallway, which affected the overall experience. Despite these shortcomings, the hotel's excellent staff, comfortable rooms, and convenient location made for an enjoyable stay."

"The floor-to-ceiling windows were spacious and bright, and the laundry service even sent reminders. Breakfast was exquisite and great value for money, far exceeding my expectations. When I checked out, there was even a thoughtful small snack gift bag. What's most worth mentioning is that the hotel has its own parking lot right in front of the building. Most other hotels rent parking spaces that are a certain distance away, so this was much more convenient, especially since parking in Yangshuo is very expensive, which meant I saved quite a bit of money."

"Our stay with the kids was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's photography service was a huge bonus. They have a huge 3,000 square meter lawn perfect for picnics, feeding ponies, and alpacas. The massive kids' pool kept our children entertained all day. The rooms are spacious and spotless, equipped with smart home devices throughout. The self-service laundry and dryer facilities are a lifesaver for families with kids. For breakfast, there's a great variety, including freshly made Guilin rice noodles. The concierge even proactively helped us plan our sightseeing routes. It's quiet and not crowded at all, a welcome escape from the busy city."

"This was a truly fantastic experience. Guilin and Yangshuo have so many hotels, I was overwhelmed when I started looking! I eventually found this one on Xiaohongshu, and it seemed to have great views and a perfect location. It's right in the Ten-Mile Gallery, making it super convenient to get around. It's only about two or three kilometers from West Street and other scenic spots, so you can just rent an electric scooter and go. The hotel environment is also excellent and very photogenic. The pool on the first floor and the garden on the rooftop are both really nice! It's very quiet at night, unlike the noisy West Street area, which is great for a peaceful sleep. The curtains do a fantastic job of blocking out the daylight, perfect for relaxing and sleeping in. Plus, the privacy is excellent; facing the beautiful back mountain offers a wide, open view. The front desk staff's service attitude was absolutely impeccable. They contacted me right after I booked and went above and beyond to accommodate all my requests, such as wanting to see real-time photos of my room type or requesting customer service. The hotel's cleanliness was also impressive; the windows were spotless, making it easy to get some great photos! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Yangshuo. If you're looking for a relaxing and comfortable hotel, I highly recommend it!"

"The front desk lady upgraded us to a 7th-floor family room with a stunning view. It has a huge floor-to-ceiling window where you can admire the beautiful mountain scenery, and a cozy corner perfect for sitting by the window and relaxing. The hotel also has a viewing platform on the rooftop, offering a great spot to take in the Li River landscape. There's a kids' play area on the 1st floor and a swimming pool on the 2nd, which kept the little ones very happy – it's perfect for families with children. Parking was convenient for those driving, and all the staff were super friendly."

Instead, they were patient, sincere, and actively communicated to resolve the issue properly. They even thoughtfully upgraded our room type, which made up for the initial unpleasantness. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to get around, and parking is easy if you're driving. The room was clean and tidy, offering a high level of comfort. "Had an incredibly satisfying staycation at this resort – truly top-tier! Surrounded by mountains, it's very quiet and private. The hotel has a fantastic design, a hotel lover's dream! There's also a stunning cliffside pool, perfect for photos. The toiletries are from a high-end brand and smell amazing; the last time I used them was at a five-star hotel. They even have Dyson hairdryers, which is a huge plus for women, and Marshall speakers, showcasing truly great taste. In the evenings, bath salts are provided for your soak. Oh, and one thing that made me feel incredibly safe was ordering takeout at night. Deliveries are brought to the front desk, and staff bring them directly to your room. This really gave me so much peace of mind as a solo female traveler."

"We were driving to Hainan with our two kids and chose Yangshuo as a stopover. We booked this highly-rated hotel last minute, and it was such a pleasant surprise! We immediately extended our stay for another night! The hotel is right opposite the entrance to West Street, which is incredibly convenient for food and shopping. We also had a fantastic dinner on the ninth floor – the restaurant's food was excellent! A special thank you to the young lady at the front desk; she was so kind and responsible. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we're in Yangshuo!"

"This hotel deserves a glowing review; it's the most comfortable I've ever stayed in. The room's facilities and amenities exceed a four-star standard. It's spotlessly clean, the bedding is incredibly soft, and it's wonderfully quiet. Pulling back the curtains reveals stunning views, and its location within the Ten-Mile Gallery scenic area makes getting around incredibly convenient. You can rent a scooter and easily explore all the beautiful sights. There's a Half-Mountain Coffee shop nearby, a lotus pond, and the Yulong River pier is also very accessible. I'll definitely be staying here again next time. Highly recommended!"
