"Stepping out of Jiaoxi Station, I saw the hotel just a minute away – incredibly convenient! The reception lobby with its marble walls was fresh and bright, and the elevator and staircase had an artistic design. The guest room wasn't large, but it was cleverly designed. There was a 'rotatable' eye-friendly reading light by the bed with adjustable brightness. The bed and pillows were soft and springy, ensuring a good night's sleep! The bathroom had a 'marble' small bathtub for hot springs, but it would be even better if safety grab bars were installed for support and to prevent slipping."

"I was looking for a B&B near Yilan University, but everything was booked! This one had a decent price and wasn't too far, so I booked it. Parking was a bit of a walk, about five minutes, and the complementary parking only allowed two entries/exits, after which you had to pay yourself. The front desk explained everything very clearly. We booked a smaller room, but it was nice for two people. The room was very clean, which I loved, but the air conditioning was a bit loud. The decor outside the room was very elegant. Everything else was great though!"

"+ The front desk staff were friendly and polite. + The room was spacious, almost double the size of a typical hotel room. + The bed and pillows were comfortable for a good night's sleep. + The air conditioning was already on when we entered the room, which was a nice touch and made a good impression. + There's a water dispenser on every floor providing hot and cold water, which is quite convenient. + The bathtub was huge, and the hot spring water flow was strong. + There's a spa and sauna, but we didn't have time to use them. @ The parking lot is quite a distance away. The hotel advises checking in and dropping off luggage first before parking, which is inconvenient on hot or rainy days. @ The bathroom floor is very slippery; elderly guests should be especially careful and wear slippers when walking around. @ The room's light switches are all concentrated by the bed, and there's no switch near the bathroom door, which is inconvenient when going to the bathroom in the middle of the night. @ Breakfast was decent but nothing spectacular."

"Like the design sense of this room, the large floor-to-ceiling windows are all extra points. The newly opened facilities can still be improved, and some small bugs are seen in the room. It was very comfortable to sleep, the TV sound was great, and there was construction nearby, but it was not noisy during the day and no noise was heard in the room."

"The room was clean and tidy, which is expected since it's brand new. However, a slight downside is its location, a bit out of the way in Marseille, rather than central Su-ao. The small hand towels in the bathroom were disposable, and there was no hand soap, which felt a bit too basic. Using disposable cups for brushing teeth really showed a lack of effort."
