"The room was good and clean, but the soundproofing was terrible. Neighbors came in at 1 AM and started laughing loudly. At 6 AM, the cleaner arrived. I woke up to the sound of her rustling bags 🙈 I also couldn't figure out how to contact the front desk. There were no contact details in the room; I would have had to go downstairs and to another building. But if you're not sensitive to noise, I highly recommend it! Everything is new, and the pillows are comfortable 🥰"

"It is a newly opened place and is very accessible to a lot of places. If you’re a party person, you would probably like this place coz the entertainment street is just on the next block. Just minutes away going to temples. The place itself is very clean. The staffs here are very friendly and accommodating. You’ll feel home away from home. In front of this place are many street food and markets."

"The room was cozy, and the staff were extremely friendly however if you are traveling for a long time, i would recommend staying nearby the city area as this hotel is about 50minutes away by car from the main city area. (Due to traffic) I did see a dead cockroach infront of the room but that’s a no choice. Breakfast was really really good my dad enjoyed it so much!"

"I booked a family room, and there was only one desk and chair, which wasn't ideal for putting on makeup. However, my room (1003) was very quiet as it was on the side away from the road. The bed was soft and comfortable. There's a restaurant right across the street (the food was pretty good, not amazing, but convenient because it's so close), and a fairly large 7-Eleven right next to it, which was very handy."

"We decided to give this hotel a try for a short getaway in Bangkok, and overall, it was a comfortable stay with a few things worth noting before booking. The hotel is located near the Pratunam shopping district, making it convenient for those planning to spend time shopping. However, do expect a bit of walking to reach the main shopping area. It's also within walking distance of the Airport Rail Link, which is a convenient option if you're travelling to or from Suvarnabhumi Airport without taking a taxi. One of the hotel's biggest strengths is that it is relatively new, so the facilities are modern and well maintained. Everything still feels fresh, clean, and in excellent condition. Housekeeping was also consistent throughout our stay, and the room was kept clean and tidy every day. There are a few convenience stores nearby. While there's a Tops Daily close to the hotel, I'd recommend walking a little further to the nearest 7-Eleven, which offers a much wider selection of food, drinks, and daily essentials. One thing to be aware of is the nightlife directly opposite the hotel. There's a bar that can get quite lively, with live music often continuing until around 2–3 a.m. If you're a light sleeper, this may affect your stay. To the hotel's credit, the staff were very helpful and immediately offered to move us to another room. We were fortunate to be relocated to a corner room facing away from the bar, which significantly reduced the noise and allowed us to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. However, during peak occupancy, room availability may be limited, so it's not always possible to completely avoid the noise. Another point to note is that the hotel does not provide a shuttle service to nearby BTS stations or the Airport Rail Link. If you plan to travel to the airport by train or require transportation, you'll need to arrange and pay for it separately. Overall, this is a good value hotel with modern facilities, clean rooms, and friendly, responsive staff. If you don't mind a short walk to nearby attractions and transportation, it's a solid choice. However, if you're particularly sensitive to noise, I'd recommend requesting a room facing away from the bar when making your reservation for a more comfortable stay. I would rate this as a medium tier experience and would only recommend only if you do not mind the noise."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I was very impressed with my stay. The hostel has a warm atmosphere, is clean, tidy, and offers privacy, making it suitable for women traveling alone or with friends. The location is convenient, close to Don Mueang Airport, and check-in/check-out was easy. The staff were friendly, cheerful, and very helpful. Both the rooms and bathrooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the common area was a pleasant place to relax, making me feel safe and at ease throughout my stay. Pros: Good location near the airport, clean, safe, quiet atmosphere, suitable for solo female travelers or short stays. Friendly service and good value for money. Cons: There are no restaurants or large facilities within the property. And as it's a hostel, there might be some noise from guests in the common areas during peak times, but overall it didn't disturb my rest much. I stayed 4 times. I stopped because of the cat litter smell from next door which made me vomit. My apologies."

"This hotel is now under new ownership and has been renamed Suk 41. This was my second time staying here, but my first stay under the new ownership. The new owners and staff are working through the issues they inherited and addressing them as they come up. For example, I had a problem with my shower door, but they resolved it quickly by moving me to another room. For the first few days, there was also no internet, but this was eventually fixed, and once it was working, the connection was fast and reliable. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable, and the location is hard to beat. It’s only about a 3-minute walk to Phrom Phong BTS station, with a Tops supermarket nearby and a 7-Eleven right next door, making it very convenient for shopping and also for getting around Bangkok. The beds are firm but still comfortable. There was some street noise, but with earplugs, I slept well. Overall, I think this hotel offers good value for money. It’s not luxurious, but considering the reasonable price and excellent central location close to the BTS and shopping malls, I would happily stay here again next month when i am back in Bangkok."

"Tried out this new hotel and gave us very pleasant experience. Nice, clean, friendly budget hotel with fantastic location. Basic facilities are equipped n definitely value for money. Special shout -out to the bell boy who assisted us with luggages from hotel to ARL station to board train to the airport. The station is about 150m away fr the hotel. Very impressed. Didn't manage to get his name. We checked out on 26/8."

"Beautiful hotel with beautiful staff. We arrived to this hotel around 4am (Due to long queue at customs). We got sorted fast and in a nice manner (24/7 Service). The room and bathroom are beautiful too (Room is cleaned up nicely, bathroom flooring does get wet all over, still very nice) A few minutes walk to the malls around Siam as there are bridges connecting to most of them (if not all) Cute eating/chilling area downstairs. ordering food off grab was also easy as there is a drop-off area for the food downstairs. If you’re looking for a good, quiet and close to amenities area, this would be it. :-) Thank you for your services and lovely pool and neighbourhood kitties."

"Located in an alley, so it's not very convenient for cars to access. There are a lot of Indian people here; it's an area with fewer Chinese residents. Overall, it's clean and tidy, and the room is spacious. The water temperature and pressure are good, and the fridge actually has ice! If you don't have high demands for accommodation and want something affordable with a good location, this place is very suitable. The downside is that there's a night market downstairs, so it can be a bit noisy at night."
