"I had booked a corner king and upon arrival there was a stain on the carpet and asked to be moved to a clean room, which they did immediately and got a better view. The experience manager Josh was very welcoming and informed me about the different types of corner Kings so that I could choose the one I preferred. When I returned for a second stay a few days later he offered me some thoughtful amenities and the front of house staff remembered me by name which was a nice touch. Overall, great location , attentive service, rooms can do with a bit of refreshing but would definitely stay either here or at the Highline Standard again."

"TL DR: only get this place if you only care about location, have reasonable independence, want privacy, and DO NOT NEED HOTEL AMENITIES. Full review: The main reason to book this hotel would be for its location. Its location in Tribeca is awesome. A number of destinations, particularly, wall street, the Brooklyn bridge, and the world trade center memorial, are walking distance. The rooms, however, are on the smaller end, and the hotel service is almost non existent. The facilities and amenities were acceptable. Do note that the front desk is only in available from 9am to 11pm so if you encounter issues outside those times, it will be problematic. For example, I was emailed the door key and room key a day prior to arriving. I printed the same in cause i had no internet service, as i was travelling from another country. I also emailed them through the email provided that we would be arriving at around 12 midnight. However, upon arriving at the hotel door, it would not work. I and my wife had to stay out, in the cold of new york city, with 5 luggages, for a good 30 minutes. We emailed them and used the online chat function, but both were useless. We sat down in a nearby dunkin donuts to figure stuff out. and without any held from sonder or marriot, we found out that there was a discrepancy with the codes emailed and the codes in the app. Fortunately, my wife as able to rummage through the discrepancy and was able to acquire the appropriate codes. And thus, we finally able to get into the hotel and into our room. Considering the price point of the rooms, aside from the location, this is not a good choice."

"It was great! The location is very convenient no matter to uptown or downtown Brooklyn. Unfortunately outside is a construction site so it’s super noisy during my stay, and if we can have on-site laundry place will be even better."

Contact customer service at the door of the room. The customer service responded quickly. I know that the domestic customer service is a microphone, but I can experience the service is still timely. The hotel's requirements are very strange. Thinking that the password they provided is correct, it must be our operation problem, encountering this kind of emergency, the best and fastest solution should not be to change a room? It was not until I proposed this plan that I finally solved it. The bed in the changed room was small, the room rate was different, and Trip.com also refunded it in time. Fortunately, I booked from Trip.com. If I booked directly with the hotel, the language problem and other factors are more difficult to communicate. The room itself is not bad, the mattress is comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a dishwasher.
