This hotel needs to shut down and be updated. They had some sort of water leak and the lobby and hallways on first floor were being dried with heaters and fans. The rooms are so-so. The bathroom needs updating. The tub spout was barely attached. The water wasn’t draining properly so you stood in water. I’ve stayed here about 6 times. It wasn’t bad 5 years ago but has gotten worse each time since. I keep saying this is the last time I stay here but this was the last. Never again unless they update

This place is not great. The location is convenient, but not a good area. Its also noisy, highway and train nearby. The staff is ok, but I usually have some sort of issue when I stay here. They charge for parking, $20 per vehicle. I paid an additional $40 because of this. This rate is unreasonable considering how sketchy the area is and the condition of the hotel. I have stayed in many hotels much better than this where I did not have to pay anything extra for parking. Also, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. I woke up panicked. Apparently a pipe burst or something and water was coming in the hotel. Staff did not reach out to let guests know what was going on. Just a bad experience overall.

Got woken up by the blaring alarm at 4am due to flooding occurring in the lower levels. Had to evacuate my room and sit in the lobby with other people while you can smell the river water and have soaked seats. Etc. tried to get refund or compensation was told to do it by ******* and not through the hotel. ******* contacted the management on site and they denied the refund. Overall terrible experience made worse by their customer service.

The hotel was in disarray. Their were floor fans and caution tape everywhere in the lobby and on my floor, 2nd floor, due to some kind of leak. The 2nd floor smelled bad, I assume from this issue. The room was a great size however it was not the cleanest. Worst part of the stay was the AC. The room was 76° when I walked in. I like my room cold so I turned the temp down to 65. I left my room and came back 7 hrs later. The temp dropped 3 degrees and did not go any lower than 72°. Needless to say I did not sleep much at all. I would definitely not book another stay at this hotel

The parking you have to pay $20 a day and I stayed 4 days they never come to clean the room or change the towels and the pool close and they maintenance they keep working on the elevator and the 3rd floor and always noisy and the 3 days no breakfast or even a coffee the last day they have a coffee and bagel with cream cheese only 1 and banana and apple that’s it and they change my room after the fire alarm ring at 3:30 am and they didn’t apologize
