性價比很高的一家開張於2022年五月的開元下面的新觀堂酒店。與其它的觀堂如鄭氏十七房觀堂相比，餘姚是王炸、十七房就如十七小老婆就是爛筆一衹。
餘姚的酒店特價套餐非常划算。

總體體驗不錯，三幢古建築非常有特色，後花園也很大，一草一木都是江南景色。房間不錯，下面是客廳，上面是卧室，活動很豐富，小孩玩的很開心。唯一的不足是沒有把旅遊觀光的人羣與住店旅客分別開，有非住店的人員到房間，差點沖到房間裏面，安全性和私密性得不到保障。服務到位，一聽我們説房間味道很重，就馬上搬來空氣凈化器，還給我們調試好。舊木房子的隔音還是不是很好，隔壁説話的聲音，上下樓梯的聲音晚上都能聽見。床墊非常軟，作為腰間盤突出的我來説有點痛苦。

寵物友好酒店，帶着狗狗住一樓挺方便。接待小姐姐一看就很喜歡狗，能記得住狗狗名字，加分。整個酒店都是園林式，挺好看，不過停車位有些少，而且附近都還在施工，可玩性少了點
