There are local old ladies selling 4 bags for 10 yuan on the shore. It may be 10 yuan for 6 or 7 bags when it is almost dark. The hotel is about 10 minutes' walk from Lugu Lake Bus Station, but because it is all stone roads, it is not easy to drag luggage. The hotel owner will drive to pick you up. There is a bus to Lugu Lake Airport at Lugu Lake Bus Station. You can buy tickets on the bus for 30 yuan. There should also be a bus to Ninglang County. There is a railway station in Ninglang County. This is what I heard from the hotel owner. I don't know the details.
