"I arrived hotel in the late night and I informed in advance. Unfortunately when I arrived I was informed that the water was not functioning and it would be resumed after 3am in the morning. I was disappointed the fact that after midnight how can I find another place to sleep ,so I stayed without utilizing water. I also contacted customer service of Trip and they gave me really nice solution for this problem"

"I would say this hotel is not as nice as it appeared on Trip.com, especially when compared to the photos I uploaded in my review. The room was quite dirty, and they didn’t even clean the toilet properly. The mattress was not cleaned either, and there were still hairs and dust beneath the bed. The blanket had many small black spots on it. While the hotel does offer a parking lot, it’s not very spacious. It is conveniently located near a 7-Eleven and the MRT station. Additionally, they provide a reporting-in service for foreign residents.
I paid 1300 Baht for two nights, which I feel was not worth it"

"My stay here for 4 days was peaceful. All the amenities are nice and convenient. The room is nice and spacious. It has everything I would need. However, I am bothered with the daily housekeeping service. It was convenient that they have kitchen utensils and instant coffee every day. But the utensils were never properly washed during my stay. They either smelled or tasted like what I put in there the day before. It was disgusting. Also they are not changing the bin liners, only picking up trash. So I wonder what else they are not cleaning properly.
Front desk are also not very warm and friendly."

"At first, I'm not very certain, but it turns out that it's not so ”risky'. The location is just right - it's not that far from the mall if you can find the short cut (12 minutes). I like that there're two large tables, so that I can have one for eating and another one for work. Another good thing is that you can add an extra lock to the door. They also have washing machine on the same floor so that you don't need to bring your clothes outside to wash. Lastly, staff is nice and check-in/out is simple."

"The location is very convenient for taxi to pick up the passenger. It's also very well service, we have the refrigerator broken and the repairman come to fix it immediately. Breakfast is really delicious."

"Although the hotel is located deep inside, there is a yellow bus passing by to The Mall Ngamwongwan and Pantip Plaza for 10 baht, which is quite convenient. The room is nice, the air conditioning is cool, and the bed is neither soft nor hard. The male staff who checked in provided good service and allowed us to leave our luggage."

AAnonymous UserI happened to have business at Dhurakij Pundit University, so I looked for a nearby school, a bit deep in the alley. This place has a good price, but in the morning, the owner asked the officer to drive to the entrance of the alley. Cross the skywalk to the Pantip side and take a songthaew to the university. It was very convenient. The room had air conditioning, hot water for showering, and hot water for drinking. It was very complete.

And there were small cockroaches in the room. The pillowcase and mattress have stains. A little scary 🥲 I want to improve in cleanliness.
