Ok: The environment is good, close to the pink post office, go down and turn right. Bad: The sheets are pilling, not one piece, all pilling. The first time I met, more than 1,300 nights, I would give this kind of thing.          I ordered two bottles of Coke at dinner, and I had more than 20 yuan in total. I chased after the money and told him that he had not finished eating it, and he came again later.         Very cold at night, a small electric heater, it doesn't work at all.

We visited this hotel for breakfast and lunch and celebrated our daughters birthday there while our family trip to nuwaraeliya. I have contacted them two weeks before the visit and asked them whether we can celebrate our daughters birthday and take breakfast and lunch. They agreed and kept contacts by email and phone calls untill we leave the place. We requested pure vegetarian and non veg meals together and they arranged it well beyond our expected level.. very helpful and understanding staff.

Check in 28/3 Check out 1/4 I had a wonderful stay here to visit the sights of Nuwara Eliya. At the time of my visit, it was pre-awurudu so it was relatively quiet, I'd heard this is where many locals come for their new year staycation because of the much more manageable climate! My room was clean and comfortable, plenty of choice for buffet breakfast and dinner (I had half board), in a gorgeous building with stunning views on the view deck overlooking the town and Lake Gregory. And the reception staff were lovely to chat with every day. They also arranged a brilliant tuktuk driver, Samara, for me who really looked after me on all my day trips. If you need a reliable tuk driver who knows and is passionate about the local area, ask for Samara 🙏😊 I asked for an early morning breakfast box for a morning hike in Horton Plains, but there was a bit of miscommunication and I was given chicken sandwiches instead of cheese, when I don't eat meat 🙈 Still had enough to eat with the pastries, fruit etc, and Laxman - the Operations Manager - put things right for me immediately on my return with complimentary lunch to apologise. My thanks to you 🙏😊 This didn't overshadow my time here at all. Finally, I want to give my deepest thanks to Naduni, FOH in the restaurant. My stay at this hotel was the first stop on a 3-week solo journey through Sri Lanka, which can feel daunting! But Naduni's warmth whenever I attended the restaurant eased those fears. She works especially hard with humility, courtesy, friendliness and deep pride. My time in Nuwara Eliya was all the more enjoyable thanks to her kindness and care. Thank you so much to everyone at Araliya Red!

Heel prettig hotel met goede value for money. Because of my gluten-intolerance I have to eat gluten-free and they really made me happy with their cooking. I didn’t have any trouble. From the hotel you can walk to the Victoria Park with is very nice. I surely recommend Heaven Seven.
