Great hospitality from morning till dark. Great customer service. I will recommend this hotel to anyone they will love it.

The bathroom was an issue for us. The smell of sour mop was bad the first day. When people don’t use clean water at the time of moping floors it smells rancid, but it went away as the days went along. The sink only ran cold water, which is uncomfortable at winter time. The shower was also inconsistent in the way it regulated heat and cold, but at least it was nice and hot if you cranked it all the way. The toilet rocked as if it was high centered, and it felt weird when you used it. The free breakfast was reduced to only coffee for me since most of the food was cheap, and it felt that way. Good coffee though. Other than that, the people were ultra nice, helpful, and they made it possible to feel good in there. The area is nice and safe as well.

I stayed one night. Easy check in and out. Room was so clean and felt fresh and comfy. No noise and nice and dark in the room. Recommended!

Very comfortable, nice facility, welcoming and helpful staff, and good breakfast (not easy for our two, very different special diets). We'll definitely stay again.

Place was nice my husband and l Didn't get any sleep children running all-night over our heads

No hot water. I'm sure this isn't the normal but checked in at 430pm and still no hot water when checking out the next morning. Vending and ice on my floor was out of service.

This is a very new and modern hotel. Everything was very clean and pleasant. One weird thing happened. When we walked into our room it was 99 degrees. The heat was blasting and everything in the room was hot to touch. It was stifling. The staff was not sure how it happened to be set so high. They sent maintenance up promptly to make sure the A/C would go on and cool the room off. We had to leave for a function anyway. When we came back all was fine, the room was a pleasant 72 degrees. I didn't think the heat could even go that high.

I’m a Hampton Inn girl. Never been disappointed with my stays. Can always count on great service, clean rooms & cozy & comfy beds!

I am not sure why this property has a 9.4 rating. The first room I was given was filthy. The bathroom was not clean, the bed sheets were not clean nor was the bed made up. Hair was in the beds and tub and all over the other surfaces in the room and also stains on the walls and carpet. The second room was slightly decent but I was tired after a 12hr drive and decided to just deal with it. I had to get cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom and I also had to change the sheets myself. The skirts on the bed were filthy as well in both rooms. This hotel is highly OVERRATED AND OVERPRICED! The front desk rep (African American guy) was pretty nice and moved me immediately after the first room and called about the second room and I informed him that it wasn’t the best but I was exhausted and didn’t feel like moving again. The hotel needs a good deep cleaning especially the walls and carpet. The housekeepers need to be trained on how to clean the rooms and to pay attention to detail. Also, they need to do something about the insulation! I should not be able to hear EVERYONE around me. I heard conversations and desires that I should not have heard.
