We booked a room that was supposed to sleep 5 people. We got a room that sleeps only 4. We had to go buy an inflatable bed at Walmart for one person to sleep on the floor.

I prefer this hotel on my business trips to Houston. It’s always nice and comfortable. The staff is always accommodating every time I arrive there. Breakfast and coffee in the morning is great.
Thank you for a wonderful stay every time we arrive.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very accommodating for those of us who travel with pets! It’s not the Ritz by any means, but clean and comfortable for the price point!

The staff was not personable and only spoke when spoken to. Woke up in the morning to use the bathroom and a big roach was alive and on its back in the midle of the floor. Luckily, there weren't any in my bed. The bathroom barely drained while taking a shower, so stood in two inches of water.

Staff was excellent and very friendly. Room doors slammed shut loudly when people were in and out of their rooms. Chipping paint on doors and in the room. Shower water pressure is not that strong, hair was on the floor in the restroom when I first went in, baby roaches seen at the pool area, tv channels were limited after 10pm. I did feel safe in this hotel but it does need a lot of upgrades. I will stay here again.

The room was fine, comfortable bed but the elevator went out and we had to walk down from the 3rd floor.
