GGuest UserWe were there for the second time and would love to come back. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Another tip for saving money: There is a Norma supermarket nearby where you can buy snacks/drinks before you head off to Europa-Park.😉

GGuest UserThe room is very clean, the facilities are very practical, the front desk is very friendly, the dining environment is very good, the fruits and vegetables are of high quality, the waiters are polite, busy but not chaotic, it is a very classy hotel. It is especially worth mentioning that it is very close to the train station.

GGuest UserThe breakfast is very rich and it is convenient to go to the European Park. The disadvantage is that there is no staff to clean the room every day. You need to pick it up at the front desk. It is very cost-effective and is recommended as a hotel to stay in the European Park.

IIURIIPGreat location for tram trips to France. Basic amenities. The room itself is clean, but the toilet has a constant unpleasant smell. During our three nights of stay, there was no cleaning (!) Checked in at exactly 15:00, although the room was ready earlier. Breakfasts are without hot food (hard-boiled eggs), but you won't go hungry. Breakfast should be served from 6:30 as stated in the information booklet, however, on the day of departure (30.05) everything was closed until 7:30 and it was a weekday. Keep in mind that the reception is not open 24 hours, as stated on the website, at least on the day of departure everything was tightly closed until 8:00.

GGuest UserVery good price performance for the hotel. We were two nights in the hotel as a family with two children. Very good accommodation with good proximity to the Europa Park and Rulantica. Rooms and sanitary were very clean.
The breakfast was also very rich with everything you need. The room of the breakfast room is somewhat ended but still enough space.
I can continue to recommend the hotel with good conscience.
We were a day in Rulantica and it is 5 minutes from the hotel. Our next visit will be the European Park and then will be stayed in this hotel again.

GGuest UserEverything was good so far, the accommodation was very clean, the staff were very nice, and overall the house was very quiet. It seems that they value quiet guests. The only thing that bothered me was that the water drained so slowly from the sink. I could have complained about it, but I didn't want to. Overall it was good accommodation.

떠떠돌이인생It's right next to the Bell Rack Hotel and was recently built, so it's clean and comfortable. It would be perfect if there was a refrigerator in the room, but it's a shame.
Still, I am satisfied with the condition of the hotel :)

NNicolas PedrazziniThe hotel is in a slightly strange location because there is nothing around, we use it because it is relatively close to EuropaPark, but there are factories around. The hotel is very clean and beautiful, but the walls are very little anti-acoustic and you listen to everything that the neighbors say or do.
