Excellent service, room and amenities! Our non-smoking room was clean, fully equipped with many electric outlets and adequate room space. The bathroom had very good lighting and the bathroom also had a sizable bathtub and also shower area!
The hotel even has a luggage storage system if you arrive earlier or after you checkout. The staff could understand and speak English well. The hotel is also located right next to several train station exits, making it the ideal place for anyone who prefers to travel by train.
I would recommend anyone who wishes to be located near the bustling Namba area, travel mostly by train, and experience high quality hotel service!
