Location was quite good in Umeda. Most of the hotel services was satisfied me. However, at the last day of my check out, when I asked for if I can have about half an hour for the late check out. The man staff at the reception who’s spoken English replied: No, you have to pay extra money!
As far as I see, this service standard was not impressive as an Accor Group Hotel. If you reject me, you could use another kind of tone like “Sorry, I am afraid •••”
