location is right in front of the subway station and very convenient to go anywhere since there are 2 subway stations near by the hotel. However, if you wanna go to city centre like namba/umeda, u can walk but may still need to take subway. (I choose this hotel after considering with a hotel in Namba since I thought I could find more local restaurants, but actually many places closed early...) Overall service are great, but would be better for trainee to do the check-in process with a senior staff since it took a longer process than normal and made a few mistakes although she was super kind. Staffs are all nice and very helpful! Facilities are so clean and the public bath is also good to try!

We stayed for one night at the St Regis Osaka for my husband’s 60th birthday and were treated like royalty! We were even upgraded to the 2000 sf Royal Suite which was, without a doubt, the most luxurious and beautiful hotel accommodations we have ever had (see pictures!) The concierge was wonderful and helped me plan a small cake, champagne and towel art to be set up in our room for after dinner. My husband loved it! He also enjoyed the Shogun Bloody Mary. We have stayed at many St Regis hotels and he always likes to try the Bloody Mary unique to each location. I think this one is his new favorite! Thank you for a perfect stay and wonderful birthday celebration!!! PS - Also of note, the hotel is a short walk to the upscale shopping area.

There are 999 bright roses in the hotel, which are very beautiful. There is a park outside the hotel, and it is beautiful to take a walk and enjoy the scenery. There are three types of breakfast - very rich, worthy of the Osaka State Guesthouse! Will come again next time I live in Osaka. There is a shuttle bus to Osaka Station, which is very convenient for shopping and going to the station. I took my family on this trip and everyone was very satisfied!

This location is very near to osaka castle, within 5minutes walking distance. You can easily access to osaka castle in sunrise or sunset or even midnight to take a good photo shot. Nearby there is 7eleven, lawson, family mart, upon you exit from subway station. Breakfast relatively good range of variation and even free coffee for take away. It's so close to Osaka Castle Park, just across the road. There are also Osaka Prefectural Government Department Building and NHK Osaka Building on this road. It's in the city center and very cost-effective. There is a snack shop downstairs in the hotel, so I bought some as souvenirs. The hotel room is indeed very small, but it is quite clean. However, it is very noisy in the corridor in the morning and evening for some reason, and the hotel cleaning staff is also quite noisy.

A great thing about this hotel is the location. It is within a very reasonable walking distance of Osaka Castle, and there is an elevator going down to a subway station (serving two different subway lines) literally about 20 feet from the hotel door. There are also excellent supermarkets with deli-style, ready-to-eat Japanese foods (sashimi, tataki, octopus legs, clams, etc.) about 15 minutes walk away. Also there are numerous convenience stores nearby, and a McDonald's restaurant just down the street... for the faint of heart. Other good points are the polite staff, the reasonably well laid-out bathroom, the coin-operated clothes washers and dryers being available, and the powerful air conditioning which stays on when you are not there. The free breakfast was more or less all Japanese style food, but seemed good to me and in ample supply at the buffet table. Oh, and a kid can stay (and eat) with an adult for no additional charge. A negative is the Toyoko Inn policy of kicking out guests from 10 AM until 4 PM every day, while the rooms are cleaned. I was there with my 6 year old daughter in blazing hot August, and it sure would have been nice to swing by and cool off for an hour or so around 2 PM some days. Or maybe to hole up in there during a typhoon. Another negative is, the coin laundry is located in the breakfast room, and I believe the clothes dryers vent directly into the room air. Inevitably someone would get up to do laundry at 6 AM and have the breakfast room like a hot humid sauna by eating time. I shower in the morning, and really hated to feel that sweat pouring out of my body again so soon afterwards. And maybe the bed was a little on the hard side for me. One final gripe is that while a kid can stay with an adult for free, only one set of towels is provided unless you pay extra.

I've traveled Japan quite extensively, and so far, this is the one of the best hotel (for it's value) that I've ever stayed in. At first, I had doubts on the hotel location, seeing that I'm travelling with infant and a big luggage, but to my surprise the location is quite convenient. The connection to the subway station and JR station means you can visit almost every tourist attraction in Osaka. Just a few steps from the subway exit, the hotel provides a shuttle bus which operates every 15-minutes. Although, putting big luggage into the minibus was quite a challenge, once seated in the bus you can breathe a sigh of relief. The receptionist speaks English, so the check-in process is quite hassle free. There's a Family Mart behind the hotel in case you are looking for something to eat at night as the area is quite quiet at night. Inside the hotel there are coin operated laundry, vending machine and ice machine so your basic necessities are covered. I stayed in the Superior Room, which is the biggest room they have to offer us there. It was quite spacious and luxurious, and we really enjoyed the bathtub, which was a relief after a few days of staying in small hotel rooms of Kyoto. The view from the room is spectacular. You can continuously enjoy the view of Osaka Castle in the morning and at night. It must have been much more spectacular once the Sakura trees surrounding the castle is in full bloom. The only thing that I could nitpick on the room is that the bed and the pillow should've been as plush as the room. The breakfast menu is not quite extensive, nevertheless it is quite delicious. I will definitely stay in KKR Hotel Osaka again for my next trip.

As a first impression, this hotel's location may seem slightly random, apart from being generally quite central to Osaka yet in a quiet neighbourhood, allowing for a restful night's sleep, but a little exploration soon revealed that the (quite spectacular) Osaka Castle Park is just 5 minutes walk away and Osaka City History Museum even closer, so in fact the spot is very thoughfully chosen. Some of the front desk staff displayed a subtle yet clear attitude of contempt, which is not normal for the Toyoko Inn or even for Japan generally -maybe something to do with Osaka's big city syndrome, or just he management failing to keep the workforce motivated. A reasonable Japanese-style breakfast (including toast but NO butter or jam) is included in the price. There is another Toyoko Inn in the area right next to Tanimachi Yonchome station, so if you need to use the metro, that is a better choice. Otherwise, if you have ever stayed in another Toyoko, you know exactly what to expect. If you haven't, be ready for a totally functional mid-range hotel catering mostly for Japanese business travellers with almost no luggage storage space at all.

The window of the terrace cannot be opened, it should be concerned about safety issues. The overall stay for three nights felt very comfortable. Hotel customer service was average and could not find a cheap place to park before check-in, but the staff were very polite.

A facility of Dome Inn with a natural public bath and a good breakfast. Since I was able to walk about 1 minute about 3 years ago, the slogan ”Have you been there yet?” In our condominium, ”From check-in to check-out, you can enter the hot spring day and night” and ”Open-air bath is the best” It is popular that ”the breakfast is rich in variety and can be eaten every day” and ”the movie is free to watch”. I was indebted to using it when my parents and friends came to play, but I finally experienced it while I couldn't travel with movement in the corona pot 々. Infectious disease control is also firmly taken, and when you enter the elevator or bathroom, you can rest assured that security is perfect with a card key. Natural trees and large stones are often used in the indoor bath and open air in the large communal bath, and it was like being in the wilderness, and I was able to forget my daily life and relax. There are about 20 kinds of breakfast buffets that are healthy, such as small bowls, beef stew, clam miso soup, rice, many Japanese and Western dishes, vegetable salads and cut fruits, etc. Needless to say, neither I nor my wife had lunch. Since it is a business, there is no dinner, but there is a high-class supermarket Koyo operated by Aeon directly opposite the hotel, and you can procure lunch boxes and warm them with a microwave oven for customers at the restaurant on the 13th floor. You can spend a relaxing time watching the night view of Osaka with free beer and wine. Although it is a customer service, the smile of all the staff including the clean staff was wonderful, and I felt high motivation and hospitality. I am impressed that there are only well-known Kyoritsu maintenance facilities, and I am proud of my town. In the future, I would like to use it as our ”distance”.

Much better than expected. The room is clean and tidy, everything is very comfortable. The city center is convenient to go anywhere. It's a 10 minute walk from Osaka Castle 🤩 the room is cleaned every day, and the maids are super cute and friendly. Room view is also nice. In short, can't fault it. This hotel was excellent for us. The room was small but beautiful, and thanks to a lot of space under the bed we actually had more than enough space and enjoyed the fairly sizeable bathtub! Location-wise, the hotel is well placed with a station a couple of minutes away and Osaka Castle very nearby too. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!

After watching sports, I decided to stay in Osaka and hurriedly searched for a hotel with a parking lot. I called back that the parking lot was vacant from this hotel I called earlier when I was about to become a refugee. Very nice female staff! There are only two parking lots and it was said that it might be difficult because it was small, but I said that there is a coinpa affiliated next door, so I hurriedly checked in from the express. At check-in, I was able to respond politely to my troublesome order, and then I was able to drink slowly and get the best sleep. Thank you very much to the female staff N!
