"We booked this spot with points to be close to the airport. The pool provided a nice place to chill out for the afternoon, complete with a bar and decent coffee, plus a restaurant with good food. We had a lovely salad and some delicious Indonesian dishes. The staff is kind and helpful. The hotel is not convenient for walking to nearby stores and restaurants but it is possible. The reason for the low cleanliness rating: The room itself had not been cleaned well and we felt disgusted from the moment we walked in. There were dirty surfaces (counter, nightstand) and a very smelly bathroom (like urine). We asked the shower to be cleaned again and the staff nicely and promptly complied. They also were also very helpful when we needed to buy some medicine. However, the room was just inexcusably filthy. I hope this improves because otherwise was not a bad spot!"

"Check in time is 14:00, I arrived at 17:00 the room was not ready. At 18:00 1 room was ready and the other room was ready at 19:00. There was no small towel for the face in the bathroom."

"High performance-price ratio and convenient travel. There are restaurants and convenience stores downstairs. It is very pleasant to blow the air in the large yard on the third floor at night. I hope that the yard can have a place to dry clothes."

"We stayed for several days with an extension. The hotel is clean, the rooms are cozy, the beds and pillows are very soft, it's nice to fall asleep. All rooms have a kettle and mugs, coffee, tea and sugar, toiletries. On the downside - a very noisy air conditioner, and in the room you can hear the air conditioner from the next room. In general, poor soundproofing, which is good, now there are not so many people, but on the fifth floor you can hear the staff sitting and chatting below)) The room also has an excellent table and chair for work, hot water in the shower. Overall, I am very pleased and recommend!"
