Beach Hotels in Pacific Harbour

My family spend the new year’s celebration here. We absolutely loved it. We were immediately upgraded to a better room view which was stunning. Clean rooms, service was quick upon checking in. Staff was friendly and the housekeepers ladies did a great job. Adult pool was amazing too, nice calming views. Everything was great except for breakfast menu was bit disappointing could be more options it was repeat of the same menu bit boring & wish they had a better coffee machine self service would be great. Otherwise overall we loved the atmosphere and vibes. Definitely would book again. Thanks Pearl Resort keep up the good work.

The apartments were great with everything we needed and the view was beautiful. The staff were super friendly and very helpful particularly when I needed a doctor. The pool was fabulous but always in the sun with no shade. The bar and restaurant was welcoming but the food was just ok not very inspiring. However the resort was over two hours from Nadi airport and one hour from Suva. You really need a car which we didn’t get, big mistake. You can get local buses to the bigger supermarkets in and near Navua, about 15 minutes away. Taxis are very cheap. The resort doesn’t have any onsite activities and the tours generally revolve around water sports and are quite expensive. It is fine if you just want to chill out and swim. No shopping or anything much near by as much closed up during covid. Forget Art Village it’s just about deserted and the other restaurants are not much. Although the area is beautiful I found the experience just boring.

This was my first time visiting Fiji and I’m so glad I picked Uprising as my introduction to the country, its beautiful surroundings and exceptionally warm and welcoming staff. I traveled solo and felt safe at the resort the entire time. The resort itself is located in a great section of the beach. I arrived very early and the staff were able to check me in earlier, which I really appreciated. The staff are really what make Uprising special. Special shout out to all of the staff for making my stay as enjoyable as possible. Special thanks to Lo, Bill, Tamani, Mary, Millie, Andy, Emma, Elia, Manu, Mike and Josh! I stayed in the beachfront bure (villa) and enjoyed the space and privacy. However, the villas do need some renovation, especially with the bath tubs. I was looking forward to taking a bath during my stay, but the tub flooring needs to be redone. The outdoor showers were a great plus too. The food was ok, but I was expecting more seafood options. I do appreciate the activities like luvo night, fire dancing and bonfire they had and would encourage them to do more throughout the week in addition to adding standup paddle boarding, if possible.
