"The room is ok. The front desk attitude is average. Hygiene is really not flattering. Hair everywhere residue on towels and sheets. The most terrible thing is that the sound insulation of the room is extremely poor. The foreigner next door yelled loudly at night, and the daughter said, ”Is the next door giving birth to a baby?...”🤪"

"The villa in the desert, right on the golf course, is perfect for vacation.
It's just that the room booked by Ctrip is inconsistent with the picture. It doesn't face the stadium and the view is very poor, which is disappointing."

"The chain hotel has stable quality and has everything it should have.
The surrounding area is a bit deserted, and there are no restaurants within sight, but of course it is not a big problem to drive by yourself.
The breakfast variety is a bit monotonous."

"The room was large and clean, the breakfast was rich, and there were several fast food restaurants nearby. However, it was a long way from Joshua Tree and Death Valley, at least an hour's drive away, but it was not far from the Desert Outlet, so you could stop by and take a look."

"In Las Vegas, many hotels pay a resort fee. Best Western Hotel does not require a resort fee and breakfast. Breakfast is an American breakfast and you can make waffles yourself. Drive to Las Vegas Boulevard in less than ten minutes. Very good value for money."

"The hotel is nice but understaffed. The free breakfast was packaged goods and not worth it. The hot tub was broken so that was a big disappointment to the kids in our group. The beds were cozy, the rooms are spacious and clean. "

VVicky leiA very good hotel, with big rooms and a relatively new hotel. Free parking service. I brought my children and got hungry at night, and the hotel had a special car to pick us up to go shopping at a nearby supermarket. Very considerate, swimming pool, and a Cadillac classic car in the lobby. Free bottled water, good location, opposite a shopping mall with big brands such as LV, Gucci, BV, etc., and delicious HAMHAM. A very satisfying stay.

Their staff is willing to lend a helping hand in everything and anything. I will continue to come here for years to come. This was my first time coming on a non-holiday week and it was the best ever! It was peaceful and quiet and a nice change of scenery. The people that come to stay at Embarc are always pleasant and friendly as well. Overall, a place to guarantee a pleasant vacation. Everything you need is in your room, and if you need extra kitchen supplies not equipped in the kitchen, it is just a call away to the front desk...easy! They have supplies stored away to keep sanitized due to covid that you can check out at the front desk, which are fun to pass the time. They have pool table supplies, air hockey, pickle ball, basketball and more. You can also choose which movie to show at their theater (a must do)! Highly recommend this place!!!!

时时The two-bedroom suite I lived in is actually two one-bedroom suites connected together, which is not bad. The kitchen supplies are very complete, and there is a Walmart nearby where you can buy some breakfast and make it in the room. The bad thing is that there is a charge for parking, and then we went to another Westin in palm Spring to park for free. Don't let late check out😌

侯侯Less than half an hour's drive from the desert Ole, there are very few people in the country. The hotel is all three-story, surrounded by golf courses. No car is not recommended. It’s too far to go to Ola in Palm Springs. Almost all of the hotel’s guests are old Americans who are going to play golf. The hotel was unsuccessful and it was withdrawn after a night. There is an open air swimming pool and a constant temperature.

SShuicaoyeIt's a very ordinary hotel, nothing special, but the price of hotels in the desert is very expensive. If you don't tell the front desk, you will definitely be assigned to the farthest room in the back, dragging your big suitcase. Remember to make your request clear when checking in.

马马Beyond the imagination! Invincible environment, free hot springs, oversized rooms, complete facilities, perfect! And not far from the outlet, it is more convenient to go to Joshua Tree Park, it is recommended to stay at least for more than three days.

AAnonymous UserEnvironment: The biggest advantage of the hotel is the good environment, the greenery is well maintained, the outdoor swimming pool is heated, and there are two hot springs.
Service: The service in American hotels is basically non-existent
Facilities: It is not comparable to that in China. It is relatively new in the United States, but the bathroom is a bit small and the shower room is crowded.
Overall, my family is quite satisfied

GGuest UserThe staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and hot each morning. Clean and spacious bedrooms. Kids enjoyed the pool time which was complimented by the not to hot weather. Nice location not far from local stores. Walmart, Costco and restaurants just couple miles away which made it quick fast to grab a bite to eat and get to relaxing.

GGuest UserThe location was excellent. Centrally located to all the greater Palm Springs area right on highway 111. The common areas were clean and free of any trash or debris. The pool and outdoor seating area was excellent and very comfortable. The two bedroom suite was roomy, clean and comfortable. The furnishing however was very dated and could use an upgrade but not a deal breaker. There was NO access to cable tv service or streaming sites, so all the channels were basic local channels. Thankfully we brought our Laptop and were able to stream movies etc that way. The draw backs mentioned would not exclude us from booking here again. The positives out weighed the negatives. Nice place, good location , good amenities.
