Fab hotel for a quiet last minute break. Pool area was brilliant, really comfy sun beds and brilliant cocktails served from the pool bar. We were always able to find a sun bed. The staff were all brilliant, food and drink all seemed reasonable for the local prices. We were in one of the older rooms so it didn’t have the nice blue/ white colour theme shown in the hotel photos, but beds were comfy and there were double balcony doors so there was no issues with noise from the street. It was great to have a fridge in the room. Lovely beach less than 10 mins walk, and easy to jump on the bus to Palma from right outside the hotel (€2 each way). You can also cycle which is lovely too. Breakfast was excellent, loads of choice. dinner also good, each night had a different theme- some nights were better than others! There was no entertainment in the evenings but bar open until 12. We stayed Monday- Friday and the hotel was busy but pretty chilled, I think it’s more of a party hotel over the weekends.

Arrived a little early and our room was ready to go straight there. We both liked the hotel, it’s an adults only so, no crying and not too much noise. We slept well, found the bed better than ours at home with modern facilities and natural materials used throughout the whole hotel. We enjoyed the beach, always beds and shades available with a shallow sea, I did go swimming but it was very cold and I didn’t manage it everyday. You are spoilt for choice with cafes, restaurants and bars, with enough shops to browse in The hotel offers excellent service, all we ate was hot, well cooked and great quality and the spots of interest like the roof bar give it the edge. Welcoming and comfortable in all areas, this was a great experience.

Great location. Facing the beach. But also if you are transported to move around the rest of the island. The room was nothing special but still adequate. The air conditioning works well but a bit noisy for those who are light sleepers. Personally, we preferred to cut it at night. Parking is chargeable. The breakfast is really great! We can't wait to wake up to enjoy it. Note that there is a dress code for dinner at the Cap Roig restaurant as well as for the terrace/pool on the 5th floor, which is prohibited for children.

A fabulous boutique hotel ideally located on the outskirts of the city. A gentle 15 minute walk from the tourist hotspots and the city centre. The hotel is modern, clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The room we had - a junior suite- was very well designed and comfortable. Great bathroom arrangement, separate sitting area with facilities for making tea/coffee, a super terrace for relaxing outside and the most comfortable bed ever!

The location is top. And of course your money 💰 is worth the penny you pay for this hotel. I will always recommend this place because it is located at the most beautiful spot 😍❤️ The breakfast and amenities are good. You won’t see that in any places in Europe, in terms of the amount you paid for. It is easy to go here from the Airport, we just did it by bus and it is only around 4 euro each. Just ask the tour assistant in the Airport and they will help you there.

We were advised from travel agency that this was a nice 5* hotel with a good beach nearby. I mean, this hotel is not bad, and the staff was very nice and helpful, we travelled with 2 small kids and the staff made us fell very welcomed. I know the surrounding area is not hotel's fault, but its definitely more for the teens or younsters who party hard every night. Everywhere is graffiti, theres no nice souvenir shop- only the cheap bs that people buy when drunk but back to the review. The elevator didnt work the whole 7 days and when we asked why they dont call the service to fix it, we were told they call it but no one came. Peefect. So imagine waiting 5-10mins to go down with the one elevator that worked for 8 floors plus -1 floor. We had to use stairs to go down with two pushchairs in our hands. When it comes to food, everyday was a different theme which was nice, the food was good but all the cakes were from frozen semi-finished products and not hotel made, which is a big minus for me as a baker. You have to pay for your drinks when having dinner, even water. I dont think this hotel looks like 5*, especially the vending machines made it look super cheap and when i asked for the luggage weight, you have to pay 1€ for each weighting which is super ridiculous. The room service didnt do much of cleaning, where there was a bit of a sand on the floor, it was there for our whole stay. They only changed the towels, made up the sheets and thats it, didnt even change the sheets. The room was lacking a lot of stuff for 5* hotel, like weight, wardrobe for the clothes, some essentials for hygiene, a little sewing kit and so on. We will not return to this hotel and you better find somewhere else without the screaming drunk german teens and graffiti all around. At last, i have to thank again to the staff, they made our stay much better.

Location is perfect, in the middle of everything. The staff are so friendly and helpful everyone was smiling. We arrived around 10.30, our room wasn't ready (as expected) the receptionist took our number and wattaspp'd us when the room was available... Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

(20min walm away from harbor to bo on a boat; a few minutes away from Santa Catalina spots, I recommand Santa restaurant and Sala Luna for dancing). Thank you to the Brondo team for making my Friday welcome dinner so memorable (with the amazing decoration!!) and also for the kindness of the staff who was always so attentive and working to make our lives easier. The true reason why Posada Terra Santa is one of the very best hotels in Palma with nearly only Excellent reviews (5-stars) is the beautiful people that works there! - they made us feel so welcome and comfortable all the time. This is one of the most relaxing hotels in any city around the world we have been visited! Our room (no 201) was well appointed and spacious, equipped with everything you could want. A huge (2x2m) comfy bed and a bathroom with walk in shower. The room had a very efficient air-conditioning which is very important during the summer in Palma! We enjoyed a marvellous breakfast each morning and also a very special dinners - all with impeccable service. The service level at breakfast is on same high levels as the most luxury resorts, we have been visiting in Seychelles, Maldives, Mauritius and Hawaii! The rooftop plunge pool and deck area provide a perfect spot to unwind and relax after exploring the Town Centre. A huge congratulation to the whole team at Posada Terra Santa! Keep up the amazing job as you guys are making your clientele happy, relaxed, feel safe and special! As a person who travels a lot, I can highly recommend Posada Terra Santa. My friend and I shared a twin room The hotel is like a maze of delights. On our floor there was a plunge pool and across the road is a jacuzzi We had one night and had to stay another as BA cancelled our flights. The service was great, the breakfast just perfect and on our last day….The beach club with the pool was such fun. The hotel is well placed and close to the main shopping area and Cathedral . We certainly didn’t need a car and enjoyed much of Palma by foot. I cannot recommend this quirky, contemporary hotel more. When next in Palma, I will definitely book this hotel again.

We stayed at Hotel Ca’n Cirera for a night whilst visiting Palma. The hotel is in the perfect location for sightseeing with the cathedral practically next door! You’re also only a short walk from fantastic bars and restaurants and most of the main sights the city has to offer. The hotel itself is set in a beautiful old manor house and has remained faithful to the history of the building. However the rooms were noise proofed and were comfortably fitted out with everything you could need. There is also a great little cafe in the inner courtyard which is its own oasis of calm and a lovely spot to have a coffee. However the star of the whole experience was the hotel manager Mariana.
