"The landlord's family is very welcoming. The rooms are very clean and have a microwave. The owner's family lives on the second floor. The third floor above is the guest room. The owner has a lot of business, including paragliding, hot air balloons, and handmade wool blankets. It can be said to be a one-stop service. The price is also quite reasonable. The breakfast made by the owner is also very delicious. He speaks very good English and will enthusiastically give suggestions for sightseeing. The homestay is very close to the middle gate of Pamukkale, but it is not recommended to enter from the middle gate because you have to climb up Pamukkale barefoot. It is recommended to take a minibus to the north gate or take a taxi to the south gate"

"My stay at Pamukkale WhiteHeaven Suite Hotel was nothing short of wonderful! The staff set the tone with a warm welcome, offering refreshing drinks and fruits upon our arrival. Despite our late check-in, they went above and beyond, even offering to send us to a nearby restaurant for a delightful evening meal. The receptionist, a knowledgeable older gentleman, became our guide to the area, generously sharing insights about the local culture and the do's and don'ts. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a family suite, enhancing our overall experience. Given the advice about tap water, the hotel took extra care to provide us with an abundance of bottled drinking water, completely free of charge. The attention to detail continued with a breakfast that exceeded expectations, offering a variety of delicious options. During check-out, the staff demonstrated their commitment to excellent service once again. They not only assisted in booking a taxi but also gifted us a lovely souvenir—a Pamukkale magnet—a thoughtful touch that added a special touch to our departure. In summary, Pamukkale WhiteHeaven Suite Hotel surpassed my expectations with its friendly staff, generous amenities, and a commitment to making every guest feel valued. "A warm hotel, clean, simple. The location is just super - in the morning we were told Good morning from the flying balloons! Very nice! The lake is also around the corner, restaurants are nearby, the Pamukkale pools too. And from the window there is a view directly onto these pools. The view is unreal. Turkish breakfasts, we ate well. Borek is the most delicious!"

"The Özbay hotel is perfectly fine for a stay in Pamukkale. It was a good value room for the price. Conveniently located near the Travertines and several restaurants. Linens are clean and beds are comfy. Unfortunately, our heater wasn’t working and the room was cold. We asked staff to take a look at the heater, but they only gave us the option to move rooms. We had already unpacked, so we didn’t want to move. But even the next day the staff didn’t try to fix it. The front desk team also didn’t seem to know anything about prices for the travertines, nor have a recommended plan for visiting Hieropolis, nor have any info about returning to the airport besides ordering a private car. All this information is available from other sources in town, but it would have been nice if our hotel could have provided some information."

"Without exception, all hotels can take an example of the hygiene and cleanliness of this hotel! The room was in a state of innocent condition, air conditioning, bed linen, shower, toilet, refrigerator and even under the bed. The breakfast is freshly prepared in the morning. The hotel staff (family) is very prevalent and places a great value on the satisfaction of their guests. Private parking is available in the hotel's own hoff."

"The staff/owners are very reserved and not particularly friendly, which may be due to the culture. However, all services are very obliging and excellent. For example, abandoned rooms were cleaned well before the agreed time so that waiting guests could check in as early as possible. As far as I could see, all rooms on the ground floor had chairs and tables on the terrace or balcony so that I could also sit outside the door. This meant that I could also work comfortably on my laptop in the sun with the good and stable WIFI. I particularly liked the very hot shower, which always smelled somehow fresh (thanks for that), extra shampoo and shower gel, air conditioning and not to forget even a pool. All things that I don't necessarily expect in this price range. Within walking distance of the only attraction in Pamukkale, the hotel is perfect. I would spend my three days there again at any time."

"The boss is so friendly and close to the nearby restaurant mart about 10 minutes walk, and it was convenient to go to the Denisley bus station on the way through Dolmush! The bus ticket was a little early in the morning, but the boss took care of breakfast first and told me where to go."
