"It is a small hotel with 4 rooms included managed by a couple, all rooms are big enough and very clean. The hotel is located closing to the centre of Pamukkale and bus from / to Denizil will be stopped in front of the hotel. The owner will prepare delicious breakfast and send to room for guests every day. He also always help his guests for arranging local tours or activities such as balloons flying and paragliding. We must stay there again in case we will visit Pamukkale"
"The name of this hotel probably comes from the fact that the hotel is diagonally opposite the ”Pamukkale” attraction. It is also very convenient to eat. There are three or four Chinese restaurants in the town just a few hundred meters away when you turn left when you go out. It's one of the best views to watch hot air balloons flying around in the morning. Second, the room is large, but it may be a bit old and the facilities are a bit old, but the decoration is very ethnic and contemporary. Thirdly, the boss and his service staff are super warm and considerate, always caring about our needs. For breakfast, they have a table full of authentic local food, including cereals, proteins, vegetables, fruits and various cheeses, although some are not to our taste. , but undoubtedly full of sincerity. When we checked out at the end, we were given a refrigerator magnet and a large bottle of mineral water, which was very touching. All in all, good value for money."
"It's a family hotel, excellent service, we can see the hotel from hot spring, it's very close "

"The door lock is not so good, the others are not bad. It also has a large pool. Location is also like. But without pick-up and drop-off service, it is recommended for self-driving tourists."
"For Pamukkale to live here, the room is not very good, relatively old, do not live on the fourth floor, there is no elevator, moving the box to death, the fourth floor has a good view, there is a small balcony, many bosses give a multi-person room, there are four beds."
"The host of this hotel is good. He is sleeping in the counter at midnight. But whenever you need help at 3am, he will give you a helping hand. He is 100/100!
Location is a bit far to the city center when comparing to other hotels. But given for this price, I think it’s very good.
There is no cover for the bathing area, so water flash out when showering."
"We were greeted by a kind couple in a quiet place. They gave us lots of information about sightseeing spots and places to eat, and we had a great time. Their cute dog really warmed our hearts."
"The room was generally OK, the bathroom facilities were average, and the shower was not very convenient. I don't know if the check-in receptionist was the boss, he was quite serious and not very enthusiastic, but the waiter at breakfast was quite good. The hotel is in a good location, opposite Pamukkale, not far from the entrance to the middle gate of Pamukkale (it should be noted that the middle gate opens at about 8:30 and closes at about 8 or 9 pm)."

Very Good
AAnjingdecunzaiIt's almost a family-style apartment, not too far from Pamukkale. It only takes ten minutes to drive to the south gate. The family room can accommodate four people, with a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa bed. You need to bring your own toiletries. The room was relatively clean.
Service: The landlord is very friendly. Can assist with booking hot air balloons.
KKLNice and very helpful people, nice breakfast. There is a swimming pool and the place is close to the Pamukkale. Many restaurants are next to it by walking 5-10 mins. The wifi speed is slow, but it's an economical choice!
GGuest UserWonderful! Super helpful and generous hospitality - free coffee and tea, free service to top of pamukkale. Breakfast was served quickly, and host was really helpful with other travel advice.
Bus from dimazli stops right outside the accom so don’t bother with taxi!
Loved it. Maybe ask for extra blanket as can get colder in winter :)) thank you for having us
CChang Jeng QuangThe hotel is located away from the main road. There are many car parking spaces. The room is ok except there is an odour coming out from the bathroom. Overall I would stay a night before or after visiting pamukkale.
AAnonymous UserI recently stayed at a hotel and had a very positive experience. The room was clean and tidy, with all amenities in good working order. I enjoyed having a private balcony with a great view, which added to the overall ambiance.
The hotel restaurant offered a lovely breakfast with a variety of choices, making it a perfect start to the day.
Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
GGuest User20minute (ish) walk to old town. Some local restaurants around that aren’t too expensive but some other expensive options as well. Rooms & hotel were lovely & the breakfast is soooo amazing! Only thing, if you’re in the lower rooms the wifi doesn’t really work so maybe request a room on the ground & 1st level when booking.
KKaichiroIt was a very convenient location, less than 5 minutes walk from the entrance to the limnets. Breakfast was an additional charge of 6 euros, but it was so filling that I couldn't finish it. There was a pool, so I was prepared to swim on hot days, even in April.
ККузнецовМаксимSuper, we took a room with a view of the Traventines, very comfortable and cool. We arrived in the evening to get through without crowds in the morning, the hosts explained everything, the room itself is comfortable and clean, there is a caveat that check-out is at 11, since they usually go for 1 day and there is a lot of turnover. As a result, at 8 am we had breakfast with an excellent view (Turkish) and immediately checked out the room (you can leave your suitcases if necessary), at 8.20 we were already at the entrance to Pamukkale lower, returned around 11, swam in the pool (cool despite the temperature being under 40) and off we went, they gave us some cool water and a free magnet to catch up. There is a restaurant integrated with the hotel, I also recommend it - it’s delicious, the view is good and the price is ok. Well, maybe the hookah isn't very good
LLuodemakezhuanzhuThis hotel is located in Pamukkale attraction 5.8 kilometers, very close to driving, the external environment of the hotel is very general, but the sound insulation effect is really very good, suitable for business travel
SSarah and EricThe Özbay hotel is perfectly fine for a stay in Pamukkale. It was a good value room for the price. Conveniently located near the Travertines and several restaurants. Linens are clean and beds are comfy. Unfortunately, our heater wasn’t working and the room was cold. We asked staff to take a look at the heater, but they only gave us the option to move rooms. We had already unpacked, so we didn’t want to move. But even the next day the staff didn’t try to fix it. The front desk team also didn’t seem to know anything about prices for the travertines, nor have a recommended plan for visiting Hieropolis, nor have any info about returning to the airport besides ordering a private car. All this information is available from other sources in town, but it would have been nice if our hotel could have provided some information.
